THIS CAR LOT IS HORRIBLE!! THE MOST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE EVER!! May 10th I purchased a 2018 BMW for 22K Cash. 26 miles down the road, a coolant line busted and the engine overheated. He kept the car for a month trying to fix it. He stated the coolant lines were rotted. After a BMW diagnosis it was determined that the engine needed replacing. Because I purchased a warranty separately we waited to see if the warranty would fix it because the owner refused. The warranty company did not! Because I had the car less than 30 minutes, I thought I would simply get my money back because clearly there were issues before I got it. He refused. There is a 30 day return policy, but because the car now has engine issues, they wouldn’t honor it.
I had to then tow the car to another shop for another diagnosis all out-of-pocket.
I received a call from the owner of the shop Rami, August 10th, he advised he would attempt to patch up the motor and resell the car to the auction because it would at least last two months after he patches it up and be someone else's issue. He told me that he would give me an estimate of about 12K for the car after I paid 22k for it and only had it for 30 minutes.
He then sold me an older model for about 8k, gave a check for 1800 for the difference, after charging for an oil change and the window replacement. The service engine light came on 72 hours later and when I called him, he advised “The problem is no longer my problem, it’s yours and that’s what happens when you buy a car for 8k”
In all I feel robbed of over $10,000.
They accept no responsibility, no accountability, and most importantly show no empathy for selling lemons. I had to endure listening to how they literally rob people of their money, for example one car on the lot he bought for 14,000 and is now selling for 22,000 and overheard “reset the lights on the dash”
Please be aware of people that find pleasure in practically stealing people money!!!
****IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY****
Contrary to what you assume, this is a public platform. Did you not sell me a car that I paid 22k for and the engine died 28 miles down the road and you refused to fix or give my money back? Did you not give me a car cheaper and profited about 10k from me? EXACTLY! It’s not a game! I was nice and patient and this company played in my face. That’s the story! That’s the fact! It’s not slander when it’s a fact. I do have conversations recorded of you admitting to selling me a lemon! And you gave me permission to record! This company really has me pissed and I won’t stop until I am compensated for what I lost!

Good friend bought a car for around 20,000 cash and never got a chance to enjoy their new purchase because the car had too many engine problems. From running hot, to blown gaskets, corrosion and more. Dealer gave them a cheaper trade-in but the same problems were arising. I don't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They are buying "Lemons" from the auction and are manipulating people into thinking they are getting well-taken-care of used cars for a "great" deal. There is a special place for people like this who scam hard-working people out of the money they work so hard for.

DO NOT BUY. BE WARNED! This company has cars that look good on the outside, but are total lemons under the hood. After the car was purchased. Attempted to drive back home 75 miles away and didn’t even make it 30 miles. BAD ENGINE! Have a mechanic to check before you buy. these people didn’t even want to take the car back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Since COVID customer service has been bad, but this takes the cake. HORRIBLE and DECEPTIVE!

BMW Experience
My friend Shanel recently purchased a BMW with high expectations, but unfortunately, her experience has been far from what she anticipated. Her vehicle has been plagued with issues that have soured the entire ownership experience.
First, the car has had multiple mechanical problems within just a few days of purchase. From electrical failures to persistent warning lights on the dashboard, the guy Rami sold her a lemon rather than a premium vehicle. The dealership's service department has been veryyy unhelpful, with lack of clear communication regarding repairs.
Additionally, the interior of the car shows signs of wear much quicker than she expected. The car shakes when she drives it. The seats are starting to crack, and the system is glitchy, making it frustrating for her. For a car in the price range that she purchased, she expected a level of quality that simply hasn’t been delivered what so ever. Her experience with this BMW has been disappointing. I would recommend potential buyers to think twice before investing their money with this company here. They are nothing but a scam! Go else where and purchase your vehicle! Instead of fixing her car he was trying to screw her! Bad business!

you people need to do a complete background check on businesses you support . especially a shady car dealer ship like this one. This dealership should not be allowed to sale cars. 1. false advertisement
2. sale LEMONS!!!! if you think I’m joking , before you purchase a car have them to change the oil and listen to the motor , check for oil leaks . and take that car on a ride of at least 25 miles out if you can. get the car fax, check under the hood . if you can take a certified mechanic with you. DONOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Now you can do what you want. BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a horrible experience I’ve had with Rami. He was less than pleasant and made me feel like a number. I understand he is trying to make a sale but if not for me as a person he would not have made the quota. Do not shop here your business is not appreciated.

I witnessed my friend basically get money taken from her by this company. They sold her a car that was a complete lemon. This company lacked no remorse for basically taking her money. They gave her another car and the only reason she took was because the car was a trade-in from someone in Birmingham and that car now has lights on the dash 72 hours later. The owner is very rude, takes no responsibility. It’s disheartening to watch them basically sell her a car that she had 30 minutes and it gave engine issues and they refused to give her money back.. I’m

They have a lot of nice cars on the lot. I came in and they worked with me to help my daughter get her first car. We have had it for a month now and still love it. Thank you Steven Kali and Rami for such a great experience and great car!

Everything seemed great at first. Good communication and easy to work with.
Prior to booking tickets we asked them to send us pictures of any damage and they sent us one... 1. No problem.
Until...
The plan was to have them pick us up at the airport. We arrived at the airport about an hour late due to not having a captain. We had good communication until we arrived and then got a text saying they had an appointment and we needed to get an Uber. We told them no and they did come and pick us up.
Upon arriving at the dealership we realized the vehicle was covered in damage. Not a couple spots more like 10 plus dents and scratches. The inside was extremely filthy. It was not advertised correctly.
We took a break and grabbed lunch for a discussion and decided to get rental car and think about it for the night. They told us that they could have it completely fixed for $800 and ready in 5 days. I will give it to the owner. He's definitely a smooth sly talker. What are we supposed to do for 5 days and hope it gets done and hope it's correct?Again we said we'd think about it and asked if we could have a ride back to the airport to get our rental car and they told us if we couldn't make a decision on the spot that we needed to find our own ride because they had appointments to tend with and no one available. The guy needs to spend less time on his Botox and more time on his customer service skills. I was floored that they were so incredibly rude when they were the ones misrepresenting vehicles.
We told them they made our mind up for us!
We did end up ubering to the airport and rented a car and drove over to Georgia and found exactly what we were looking for!
This place at best is a chop shop.
Buyer beware.
Edit: In response to the follow up we recorded EVERYTHING. You had one chance at redeeming dignity and your followup shows not only your lack of class but how often you do lie. I added pictures of the vehicle you *Detailed* and also the text that says nothing about us being to good for anything. It was you who agreed to pick us up at the airport. You had a dozen people sitting around doing nothing and you ask the new guy of two weeks to check your cars in when he is supposed to be at the airport? Again great customer service. It's unfortunate you can't keep a mechanic either.
Btw this is the wife and you are nothing short of shady AF. Again buyer beware.

I’ve had 2 amazing experiences dealing with Preferred Imports. I bought an Acura TLX from them 6 years ago and it’s still my favorite car and it has never had a problem. I went back in last week and had the best service from Steven and Rami. Thank you Preferred Imports for providing great cars and a fair price

BUYER BEWARE!!! We bought a 2021 Lexus IS 350 f sport that had issues beyond our comfort level. Issues with the cosmetics and issues with the electrical (lane assist malfunction please see dealer). But no problem here at preferred they offer a 30 day guarantee where you can exchange for any car on the lot. What they don’t tell you is that they will charge you another $689 doc prep fee. So doing the paperwork on the second vehicle which was $27,800 ($2,180 cheaper than the Lexus) we assumed our finance amount would be $2180 less but NO it was $900 MORE! So where did $3000 go Mr Doug (salesman). Well that is the government screwing you not us. This man told us that the $3000 difference was from the government not giving us the taxes back on the first car and we payed some interest on the first loan and some fees….i said I don’t understand but I will figure it out. I finally realized we were not refunded for a $2241 warranty we purchased on the Lexus and we were also charged an additional $689 “doc prep fee”. This is a fee the dealership charges on top of what they make on the car to handle the paperwork. No one told us anything about a $689 fee if we exchange the car. Once I figured out where the money went I reached out to the salesman and the owner (Rami) who said “I told you you would get the warranty money back but it takes about 60 days. Lie. No one told us anything other than the government took our money until we figured it out on our own!!!!! Oh and that they cannot refund the doc fee. It’s not that they can’t it’s that they WONT BC THEY ARE GREEDY SCUM. I have bought 7 cars in my life and have NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED in a car dealership. Preffered Imports is the reason used car dealers have the reputation they have. One last thing, the original Lexus only had 1 key so they said for $100 we can get you another made. Needless to say we didn’t need the extra key and did NOT get the refund for that either. When we asked Rami said and I quote “look at like a gift for the next person who buys the car”. I’m 100% sure they will be charged that $100 for that key as well! So as we sit today we still are owed $2241 for the warranty on the first car but they are making us wait u til they get reimbursed from the warranty company. And we will see them in small claims court for the doc fee. Hope this review was helpful.
