We were in from Houston and our car broke down. Sarah and Joel were extremely helpful and got it in the following day, fixed the issue and we are back on the road

Porsche Birmingham came to my rescue in very short notice (same day) with a replacement tire from a massive pothole I had hit earlier. Thank you to Joel and the entire team for helping me out. This Canadian was very happy to get my car back on the road in time to enjoy the Porsche Parade activities.

THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND EASY. FROM THE TIME I DROVE IN UNTIL I LEFT WAS ONLY ABOUT TWO HOURS.

I was really happy with my service. This was my first time having my Boxster serviced after purchasing it new from Porsche Birmingham. I had Frank as my service manager. He was very helpful making the service easy and digging into a few issues we had. Ultimately he and his manager were able to get everything handled to my satisfaction and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I'll be buying more vehicles from them in the future, knowing that they will make sure I"m taken care of not just at the purchase but throughout the life of the vehicle.
