I have used PNC for over 20 years. I was charged $3.00 two times twice last week on one ATM charge. I called customer service since this was another banks ATM. They told me they mo longer reimburse the charges. I will switch banks after 20 years.

On Jan 25, I went to PNC Eastwood branch to close my IRA account. After 3 hours of being told I didn't have an IRA account, I left. Went back on the 26th and saw the manager. She apologized and said I did, in fact, have an IRA account and after another 3 hours, she told me the funds would be mailed to me from their IRA office. To date, Feb 21 I have not received the check.

Stay away from this bank !!! moved overseas for business reasons , demanded to change my address and phone number , wire money from my account to my account then the nightmare started , spend hours on phone , sending and signing forms , Despite multiple identity check , they literally block me from wiring my money or changing my adresse !!! When I escalated to a manager it was even more difficult ???? A nightmare to deal with but , the only positive things , is that they did all this none sense with a lot of apologies , feels better ! Will have to take a flight ticket to NY in order to close my account. OMG !!!!
