My wife and I went to do a simple withdrawal from their outside ATM. The machine ate my card and wouldn’t give it back. We asked the employee at the desk inside for help and he smugly informed us that he had no control over it and couldn’t access it. He told us that that particular ATM was serviced every 2-3 days and that I would just need to get a new card because when the maintenance workers access it later they would just shred my card. I didn’t catch his name (Christian maybe?) but he was not helpful at all and the “help” he gave us was delivered with smugness. The other teller, Melanie, was somewhat more helpful, but all we got was a “sorry just request a new card”. If this is a common problem wouldn’t it make sense to decommission that particular ATM? An ATM that eats cards for unknown reasons isn’t a good look for a bank and doesn’t inspire confidence. My wife has been a loyal member of this bank for over 10 years and we didn’t feel heard or helped at this branch and will be banking somewhere else in the future.

Great service, fast lines. They are very thorough to make sure you understand and all questions are answered. Even with a line I never felt rushed. I had issues with someone fraud on my account. They handled everything immediately and replaced my card while there. Very efficient

Worst bank well more like a credit union they don't know what they are doing everything they told me was not true and completely different worst place ever to bank go anywhere else don't trust this bank nothing but lies to get you in the door I will be closing my account tomorrow and will never do business here again and will do my best to steer as many ppl as I can away from this building of trucks and lies

Tried adding Apple Pay to my phone and I called customer service and was transferred 4 times to only be told that my card can not be added

This branch is the worse most times. There are great staff members however but there is rarely enough people to assist with the flow of traffic. Wait times are always more than 30 minutes in the lobby , more than that in drive thru and even worse if you have to speak with anyone else at the other desk. I called to see if all the branch locations card making machine was down and i Held for 40 minutes and then disconnected! Horrible horrible horrible. All other branches at least answered.

Been waiting for 30 min to simply change my address and there are clearly 2 individuals that could assist with this yet they seem to be on their phone and the other staring blankly reading emails. Will never come back to this location

So, I never go out of my way to write a review so you already know this is going to be bad. PNC has treated me horribly. Just trying to route money to a different bank account (to pay my mortgage) had me on the phone for 3 hours and was a full on nightmare. Each new representative I talked to (7 in all) gave me advice- do this online (online system malfunctioned); do this on the app (app malfunctioned); call this number (number was out of service); etc. This is a complete disaster. I was a previously happy BBVA customer but I am currently trying to get out of PNC as quick as possible. I have also heard awful things from other previous BBVA customers now PNC. If you are at all able get out now. I went to a new bank today and they told me they have both PNC employees and customers coming to them in droves. Save yourself the heartache, don't bank with PNC.

Horrendous customer service! I waited for more than one hour in the lobby and was not given any assistance. Others who came in after me were assisted more promptly although they waited, as well. I was told it was not intentional, but it was. It’s inexcusable and I am closing my accounts with them. This branch used to be much better but has reached a new low.
