Terrible experience with Pitney Bowes. They work really hard to get your business, but when you realize their shipping interface is sub-par and want to cancel...you can't get anywhere with them. We spoke to them to cancel the account 2 times and they still charged us monthly. Most calls that were made to Pitney Bowes were suddenly "dropped". I guess instead of investing effort into bettering their application and customer service, their system is to wear you down until you just don't care anymore and let them charge you every month.
