The worst pilot I have been to. Unfriendly unwelcoming faces. Grown men employees stand around and gossip talking like women while half doing there job. Showers do not work while booking through the app I guess they rigged the system because they lazy. It’s a shame it’s my own people almost as worse as Memphis but this takes the #1 spot as the worst pilot in America for me

If I could give this place zero star the cashier that I delt with was a rude lady she needs to be fired she does not like dealing with customers find another job where you don't have to deal with people you were very rude

One of the nastiest disorganized Pilot I’ve ever seen. I only stopped to refuel and get coffee, but when I went inside I was shocked of how dirty it was. The bathrooms were closed off, so I went to the drivers lounge and it was just a disgusting mess. Pilot Corporate needs to take action immediately, as this location needs an overhaul or just be closed. Every negative review is accurate and not exaggerated and sadly it’s been this way for some years.

while shower system is down at the moment at other location Pilot Flying J in Missouri i was able to get a shower (employees were letting people who reserved a shower manually opening doors and asking when finished to leave the door open so they could prepare shower for the next customer) (i am loyal customer who gets at least 1000 gallons of diesel every month at Pilot Flying J) although at Birmingham AL the guy cashier told me because the system is down now he wants me to pay for a shower with credit card
now it’s the same company in 2 different states with the same policy what is different is approach of particular individual who is at the register implies his own policy trying to surcharge extra money from customers
therefore for you mr.cashier 1 star for your service

Drivers if the app says there's a lot drivers waiting for a shower.. DONT GO BY THE APP GO INSIDE AND PAY FOR SHOWER AT THE COUNTER.. I went inside the 2 employees said don't go by the app ..the app be wrong

It's the dirtiest travel plaza I've seen so far. Restrooms are disgusting. Food has expired. At least they have a lot of parking spots.

Bathroom needs TLC and there are multiple employees just chatting away while one of your employees is hustling to help the people that come in. It's 12:49am July 14 if you want to check the cameras to see who's leaving that one employee high and dry.

I was terminated July 10, 2024 by Dave Bucky. His reason for me being terminated because I took Sprite out. The cooler on Monday I was called into the office upon arrival at work I was asked did you pay for their drink? You got a cooler Monday because Tasha said she didn’t ring you up I replied no Customer brought me just like a customer paid for me a Mountain Dew he asked for the receipt. I don’t have the receipt Dave a customer purchase this soda for me, that would be the same day that you let us know that the drink machines was down so I notified the customer that the drink machine was down to go get a drink from the cooler was on sale two for 445 so he did so, and purchased me a drink as well I was told by Dave well we have investigation I replied would you like the customer name and telephone number who purchased me the soda
David replied No I’m sending you home for today and I’ll call you with my findings again. I asked him would he like the customers information so he can contact he refused to even take the customer information . Hindsight, the reason the actual reason I think I was terminated is because I stand up for what’s right I put in several reports about the drug use management giving you drugs I put in several reports about the drug sales I put in several reports about Time stealing, I put in report about me being I put in a report about the showers how nasty they are how they lie about the showers being down meanwhile, they just don’t wanna clean them sexual harassed I put in a report how the security guard walked up to me and grabbed my behind because it looked so soft to him I put in a report about The stealing of the Prime parking to Brk hotline mind you I never been written up because one would think that would be the first step we’re gonna have to written you up for this sprite, but he said immediately termination for a sprite that was paid for by a customer and I went and got it at the cooler
I guess I shouldn’t obey my thirst

This place is a joke. They raised the rent and drove Denny's out the door, then offer food that looks like it's been sitting under those heat lamps for a week. I won't spend a dime here, and I hope everyone follows suit.
