I love that my medication can be mailed to me without ANY issues!!!!!!! PharmSouth Pharmacy is the best Pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and the staff are ALWAYS extremely nice and willing to assist! 10/10!

Pharmsouth Pharmacy is an excellent choice for myself for prescription needs. They listen to and pay attention to my preferences. I really do not like or understand the purpose of Nimble Rx, but it comes with the territory.04 March 2023I want to add I talked with Autumn and the pharmacist today and I am very pleased and comforted that I conduct my prescriptions through Pharmsouth. I found PharmSouth after I called back to a doctor's office and said, "I just can't do $414 for this medication." We hadn't met our deductible yet, and I was aghast when my usual pharmacy told me the price and they'd have to order it. Research and one of those discount cards had gotten me down to $122-160, but then the office staff asked if they had looked up the price with PharmSouth. She told me the price on their latest price list (about a month old), and I was sold. She sent the order to PharmSouth immediately. Filling it was easy, too. When they get the order, they text you a link to complete all the info. They would happily have mailed it, too, but we needed it ASAP, so I drove out to Mt. Laurel. I had already paid online, so I just walked in, gave the name then off I went! Super easy, and refills can be mailed to my address in town or my student's school address. Oh, and the price... It was even less than the old price list I was quoted by the doc's office. Under $40. UNDER $40 for the med I had been quoted, *with insurance*, by another pharmacy at 10x the amount I ultimately paid. I will check with them often for our pharmaceutical needs!

This pharmacy has outdone itself in customer service. On point, quick to fix an error and correct insurance issues, you can hear the smile in the voices over the phone and they even went above and beyond to get my mother her RX to her faster than expected (even though there was a delay on my part). Plan on using this pharmacy from here on out! Thank you PharmSouth and staff for your kindness and exceptional customer service skills!

My dermatologist sent a rx for a cream into this specialty pharmacy because she said they could get me the best price since the medication was expensive. The ladies that work here were very kind and helpful and I picked up my rx without any problems. The location was easy to find and a short drive from home. They are open til 6 making it convenient to call them or pick up after work. I’m totally satisfied with my experience with them.

I had an out of state prescription that was not delivered on time by my usual pharmacy, and I was stressing about getting it on such short notice. I called pharm south and they picked up the phone on the first ring, and got my prescription filled in just a few hours!! they were so sweet and so responsive, Nothing but good things to say!

With so many pharmacies in the Mt. Laurel and Highland Lakes area, Pharmsouth should be your last choice. After moving to the Highland Lakes area, we chose Pharmsouth for the convenience and independent ownership. Unfortunately, we will be moving all of our business to another pharmacy in the area. The pharmacy service is poor (female pharmacist at front of the store is pretentious, rude and unprofessional) and front counter staff, while friendly, are not well-trained. Hours of operation are also inconvenient. Was hoping this would be our permanent, local pharmacy.
