I found a used putter I liked at a high but still somewhat reasonable price. When I asked if it came with a headcover I was told that headcovers were no longer included with used putters. They would gladly sell me one for $35.00. It is not that the putter did not have a headcover when traded in. It is that the store's new policy is to no longer include headcovers with used putters. Rather selling them separately for a very high price. VERY abusive of the customer. PGA superstore has NEVER been known for bargain prices but this new policy is a bit over the top.

My iron fitting was cancelled about 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. I live 3 hours away so I was nearly half way there.

Bob has been great! He is enthusiastic and is really passionate about helping your golf swing. I've had several lessons with him, and he has helped me straighten out my irons. Highly recommend Bob!

Got a fitting here today with Mike. He was funny and very caring. Let me try many different club heads/shafts and made sure to listen to what I preferred while also giving his advice. Did a good job at explaining the process and making sure I was confident with what I bought. 5/5

Mike , works at Inverness Super Store location went the extra mile to help me. Was in store trying out a new driver. Interjecting tipson swing as needed. Patient and very courteous, ThanksMike for a job well done.

Went to get fitted for a driver and I took two swings and they told me I was all set not showing me different things on the monitor not changing the loft on the shaft none of it, just grabbed a club off of the shelf told me to swing it and said there you go. Was expecting them to show me a lot more data to help me out with this portion of my game

Beware of using credit cards here, they will make you pay twice without your knowledge. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't checked my card usage history.I am so upset!!!

I am very disappointed with the studio Fitting. I tried signing up on website. Did not work. Drove 2.5 hrs Saturday morning to get there by 9:30 am. Was told I would have to come back at 2:00. I killed several hours. Came back at 2:00.,Did fitting. Was told they would email me results so I could order irons. I have been waiting a week.Sent two emails and then called store. They told me the guy that did fitting was off work for several days. But he would get and send info. I am waiting for information. No call or email. Poor customer service.

Honestly, after my experience I’m surprised they have 3.7 stars. I scheduled an appointment for a studio full bag fitting. I also drove over an hour for this and looked forward to it all summer. I informed the representative I wanted to purchase a new set in its entirety. Fitting started late 10 minutes due to customer telling me he needs to talk to him which only wanted to schedule an appointment. Fitting starts. Has me hit three different irons two drivers. Meanwhile the entire time rep is talking to other rep working on an iPad that’s not working. An hour in he informs me this is the list of shafts it recommends. That’s it. At this point I am upset. An hour in and he is asking me what I want to buy. No discussion of length, loft, lies, or anything besides shaft. I was dumbfounded. I said I’m done, let me pay and leave. The only positive note is they didn’t have me pay which is fair considering a full bag fitting consisted of me hitting balls with no feedback about fitting and basically being ignored for the majority of the hour. Literally, walked in willing to spend 4k that I have saved for this. Walked out extremely disappointed.

Excellent customer service and they have so much stuff in stock. They have an area to demo clubs and people to help advise you.

Bought a $400 driver and didn't even come with a head cover. I spent $150 on a putter and it came with one.
