There is no vet at the store and therefore no prescription dog foods. I only went in there because of an emergency. I did not see another customer in the store. There were no normal brands of Science Diet dog food. I am sure they promote other brands, but I don t know which ones. I sure wish the store was different-it looks like the store is closing and I bet it does.

CAUTION!!! DO NOT…. I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE TO GET GROOMED! I brought my dog to the store to get groomed on my lunch break. I enter the store and the lady at the front desk who I did not know was going to potentially be the person grooming my dog she greeted me with a breath like I was bothering her coming up to the register like she didn’t want to be there. after that she had a complete attitude the entire time, the check in process and asking me questions and over talking me in a way as if I was again bothering her coming up there after the fact, she kept cutting me off an older Gentleman came up to the register Asked her about adopting a cat she motion her hand like go ahead and look at the paper. It’s somewhere over there. I’m just a groomer. Those were her exact words…. I’m just a groomer. With the older gentleman was completely professional the older gentleman politely said, thank you, and then she returned back to my services and continued having an attitude over talking me not even listening to It was just an extremely terrible, terrible experience. I normally take my dog to his veterinarians office to go out of town the following day so I chose Petco because it was quicker and more convenient. I will NEVER go there again, not only after I express complaints to the manager did he let me down but once I picked, my dog up was completely wet. They left him in the back WET the entire time I was I was working for four hours after I dropped him off…AND HIS HAIR WAS NOT CUT! completely professional grooming I will never go there again

We bought stopped by the Hwy 280 store and bought some fish. Donald was the employee that was helping us and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and did a great job getting us the best looking fish. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at a Petco!
