Used the self pet wash for the first time today. Plenty of room to bathe my 60lb dog and reasonably priced. However, the dilution bottles for the shampoo/conditioner were only labeled, for example, "oatmeal" rather than "oatmeal shampoo" so I didn't know which bottle was which. Luckily I had my own. Also, the piece that attaches the cone nozzle to the dryer hose on the far right tub was broken so I had to stretch the smaller hose from the smaller tub which just made drying take longer because I couldn't adequately reach all sides of my dog. These are all easy fixes. We'll still be back

I don't really do reviews but I have to give one to the grooming department. They are amazing; Alix, Sarah, Natalie, and Ava are great with my boys and treat them like family. Alix is the best groomer I have ever seen I would give her a raise just for putting up with my oldest boy. Alix and Sarah know so much about animals; the advice they gave me and my wife has made our eldest boy, a 12 year old Husky, life so much better. All the girls are great and my boys will never go to any other groomers.

Absolutely love Sara Ericcson. She’s a fantastic groomer and all my dogs love her and I feel very safe leaving my dogs with her. Sara is the only reason I go to this store. She’s great at what she does.

Love the grooming staff! Sarah, Alix, and Natalie are amazing and always remember who each of my babies are! Axel, Copper, and the newest baby Braddock, all love coming to see them and getting special attention from the girls. They take the stress out of grooming for me and for my boys and that is the best feeling! Even when the oldest, Axel, is being a big jerk they treat him amazingly!

The grooming staff is extraordinary and so kind. My dog has high anxiety and they went above and beyond to help me with his nails. I LOVE the self wash station. My dog is more comfortable with just me vs someone else, so it was really nice being able to give him a bath. It’s a great set up and is affordable. I wish I knew about the “dirty dog” discount card before, but I will do that next time since you can get discounted baths and a free one after so many.
Jay at the front desk was nice and helpful as well. I’m thankful to have this business so close to home and hope it stays around for a long time. Of course we had to pick up a couple of new toys - I love the seasonal ones! We almost went with the Freddy Krueger toy but landed on Snoopy instead. ?

I came to get my dog groomed at this location. My dog was so nervous and the women were so nice and attentive. They are also very quick. I would highly recommend them

I had a small order delivered to my house. The items were delivered very swiftly to my home (probably with two hours of my online purchase) and the delivery driver filled out and signed a cute little thank you card! I thought that was really awesome and went the extra mile. Also, when I do go in store, everyone is really nice.

I love this store. This is the ONLY place I shop for my 4 dogs many needs, and the groomers are the BEST! Alix is the only person who will ever groom Dexter, the wild man poodle. EVER! And he gets so excited to see Sarah! My other 3 dogs love coming in because they know they'll get a treat at the register. They always have what I need and are willing to help me load the car. Excellent customer service!

I love how the staff takes time with you and helps as much as they can with problems or issues. They the initiative to learn your name and address you by it even on the phone.

Dropped my Golden Retriever off at 1:00 P.M. today for full grooming. (Bath, haircut, toenails, anal glands, teeth, paw pads, and deshed). Received a text from groomer at 2:16 P.M. stating she was finished. I thought, "Dang, that was quick!". Upon arrival to pick her up, she's in the kennel. A groomer went back to bring her to me. She had pooped in the cage in the back. The groomers washed her feet off and brought her up front to me. As soon as I saw her, I noticed tons of loose hair falling off of her. I said aloud, "wow, that's a lot of hair still shedding ". Especially since she just had a de-shedding grooming. One of the groomers stated, "The hair should stop shedding in 12-18 hours, if it doesn't, let us know". It's 6:10 P.M. and we're home now. I just brushed her out. She's an inside dog. There's no way I can keep a house clean with that much shedding. The picture posted is after one brush through and she doesn't even smell good. Teeth were brushed, however, spots were missed. Also, paw pads were trimmed and she now has sore places on her paws because the incorrect tolls were used. We were sent home with small container of cream to rub into her paw pads. Highly disappointed that I spent almost $80 & could've done a better job at home. Also, I'm not one to leave reviews, so I honestly felt this review was necessary.
