Best tire shop of all time ! Best hours too! They’re open late hours when absolutely no one else is. The owner is awesome and makes insanely good deals on tires and services and they offer roadside as well. The staff, mechanics and technicians are all very experienced, knowledgeable and very friendly too. We will definitely go out of our way for this place from now on! I’m so glad I got their warranty service membership as well ! I’ve already gotten free brakes, free oil change and wheel alignment and they only charged me for the part when they replaced a part on my car. I’ll be sending everyone y’all’s way from now on!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got my tire fixed one day and the next day my tire come completely off my car. What make things worse is that I called them to explain what happen and they sent a tech out to look at it and I was told it was my fault that my tire came off, never told them to come out and look at it but was told that I had to pay a roadside fee and $147 for them to fix my tire. My fender and bumper is broken because of this situation I will be contacting my lawyer

The owner was very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. He was not truthful about the membership. He did not want to honor the services under the membership. I was trying to talk to him, and he didn't want to listen to everything I had to say and kept talking over me. He hung up on me. My brakes were rubbing metal to metal. I was supposed to get free brake pads with the membership, he didn't want to do the service because I was 25.00 behind which was because I loss my job and needed to change the payment date which I called multiple times and left messages. No one returned my calls until three weeks later. I drove from Pell City to Birmingham Southside to get brake pads, which are free under the membership. I can't go into everything because I had exceeded the limit space on here, so I have to make this review short. I thought the owner was super kind and wanted to help people who may be struggling a little financially. It's a way to handle everything, and you should always treat people that way you want to be treated. That's how we should honor God in how we treat each other. If, by chance, this is the only place open after hours for tire services, it's understandable, but do not get the membership. It's a rip-off. The owner says one thing in the beginning, but when you need the free services that are offered through the membership, it's a different story. I do not recommend it at all!!!! I was never rude to him, and I paid my membership on time until I lost my job. I then caught the payment up except for the 25.00, which I was going to pay the next week, which I was told was fine. I'm highly disappointed!!! I just read your response, and you are lying, sir! I will let God deal with you.

I’m ONLY giving 1 star because that’s the lowest! These are scammers at your finest. Me, my wife, kids and dog were coming back from vacation and had a flat approximately 28 min from them. So we called around 6pm to have them come out and change it for a brand new same size tire… we were told originally to wait on hold until they locate a tire… my tires are 235/30 22s they the guy said the tire that will work is the next tire size up which is 245… they then proceeded to tell me with tire and labor it will be 450 but he could drop 50 and only charge 400 flat. We called back within 10 minutes with they payment ready to be taken over the phone via card info, they explained how “slammed” the tech is, so we expected to wait an hour or 2 but this simple tire swap took a total of 11hrs!!!! My my wife and children who are 6 years old were stranded for 11 hours due to the weather tech arriving in a regular car with limited tools and having to leave to go back to the shop (which took 2 hours for a 28min drive) and got back with a 265 that’s the guy on the one said would NOT WORK AT ALL BECAUSE ITS TO LARGE FOY CAR!! He put the tire on and proceeded to see the it was no space for the tire to move.. but instead tried to send us on our way… I told him that’s not going to work. He says “I can bind the side for you” he bent the side and then said we were good to ride the noise we hear is going to go away after a few miles… we didn’t even get a few 100ft until it started smoking bad (the tech was behind us) he proceeded to keep going and never stopped so we called the dispatcher who JUST texted to see how things were going… NO ANSWER! lucky we called 911 and made it home safely by 7am… this company is a joke! I would pay a guy on the side of the road to change my tire before I go to them again!! They took our 400 dollars and left us in a dangerous position with no remorse

got quote on phone to just mount two tires they said after we took off truck it would be 20 bucks to mount one tire we had two .after scam artist when inside they tried to tell us that by law they could not swap tires out that are not level 5 and they could sell us some and wanted to know how much money we had .like its there business , long story short they lied said they only had 200 dollar tire ,when i ask could i buy a tire to go with ,i told him it was less tread than one they couldn't put on .he said that low profile .problem is when they gave us our tire it was leaking out a six inch gap - and it blew mile down road , DO NOT GO HERE IF IN A BIND .IF YOUR RICH IS MIGHT NOT BE BAD

Open later than most & excellent customer service. They only had one in the size that we needed, but they grabbed it from the warehouse and got it back fast and also made us a great deal! This is the place to go, especially if you're in a situation.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! I can tell that the owner actually enjoys what he does. I received Professional service all done with joy. If you want an honest and quality place. This is most definitely the place to go to. 10/10 recommendations
