Omg I’m glad I’ve read the reviews to this place. I’m on the waiting list but as of now I’m going to have to reconsider. I lived in some apartments that was worse than the comments on here and I refuse to go back to that type of environment.

I have been a blessed and happy tenant here for 6 years! If I have an issue or concern , I usually have it " addressed" immediately. There are some nice maintenance workers and front office reps. here! Everything takes time, patience and consideration. And you're within walking distance from work and the new, busy " downtown " life! ❤️

I went here to apply for low income housing apartment in March 2023 I got there they told me to apply online! I went online and apply I got a email later telling me to finish my application and pay 150 dollars application fee! Desperate for housing I paid the 150 and was denied! How can I be denied I'm already in low income housing! I went back the next day told people up front what happened! And come to find out I was not suppose to pay anything to apply! I asked for refund but manger was not in! I went back for week straight asking for refund and finally after two weeks I was refunded hundred dollars out of my 150 and was told the other 50 would go towards me getting apartment! In May! And May came never heard from them! Went back down there told they be in touch with me soon! This is September haven't heard nothing from them not even telling me nothing just taken my 50 dollars! For nothing when I'm disabled and on disability! Fix income and they just taken money for something I wasn't supposed to pay for in the first place! Manger is never available and have told nothing but lies! lies!

The leasing consultant Ashton will cuss you out before letting you speak with management. Willis does not do his job. The property manager is never at work. There is black mold growing in every unit. Save your time and money. Not here!

When I first moved in Park Place Phase II, it was great and a quiet area. I only heard the trains in the early morning. Now I hear cars racing late at night and gun shots every now and then. Since 2020 things began to decline. However, there is a beautiful park the city has built since the World Games and we're convenient to Uptown, restaurants, the BJCC, Top Golf, and a whole lot of entertainment venues. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

When I tell u that it has been the biggest roach problem ever here that we have been calling about for the past 6 months! They say they are going to come and spray and when they finally did they had terminex come spray raid in a can! Unbelievable. I had a whole roach crawling on me!!!! This is the nastiest place I have ever lived!!! Save your money go else where!

I have been calling them for the past week trying to get a tour and ask questions about rates and availability but they never pick up or reply to voicemails and emails. I call during office hours and i get sent to voicemail after a few rings. Not only is this unprofessional but it makes potential customers seem unwanted. Shameful.

I proceeded to process an online application and was unable to due to a glitch with the online process. No one from the office or corporate office has refunded my $150.00 & noone has reached out to provide an update. Horrible Horrible experience.

I submitted an application for a relative and was to be the non resident guarantor . I explained this to the leasing consultant at the outset .I submitted required documents as well as income verification . The office never returned any calls or emails asking about the status of application. After 5 weeks and $200, I was denied because I would not reside in the unit which was made clear at the beginning . The office allowed me go through the process knowing full well that my relative's circumstance did not meet the requirements.

I was told I was approved for an apartment and was even shown the apartment I was supposed to move into. then a couple days later I was told that I was not approved because my current landlord did not send a verification back. So they took my application and holding fee and told me it was non refundable.

I have had great office mangers in the past in park place, but the new people in the office Natasha an Victoria are the worst! They’re very rude unorganized, never do anything in a timely manner. Very unprofessional if only cooperate would get those two out off the office it would been a great place to live. You can’t even call the office an talk nicely without those two being rude I’m a feed up tenant.

Horrible people skills very bad attitudes and shows no concern for maintenance issues that are their responsibility. I don't like having to interact with them due to poor professionalism
