“Service was good. Twala helped me with an issue. I ordered tires online and they didn’t come in time. The order was canceled but I was still able to get new tires installed that were in stock. The mechanic got the job done in a reasonable time and there were a couple cars ahead of me. Can’t complain and hopefully the tires last a while.”
“The one I went to in Trussville. They don't like to work. They will make it seem like your car is so bad you can't drive it then they will tell you to go to the Roebuck store. Unbelievable”
“They went above what they needed to do. I took my car for a master cylinder recall. They replaced the booster and master cylinder. There was a recall on the blower motor for the air conditioner. They replaced that too. I had it replaced s year and a half ago. It's restored my confidence in Ford. This dealership changed ownership last year and it changed for the better.”

“My RAV4 overheated this week and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. Chris waited at the shop for me after hours since it needed to get towed there. He let me wait inside for my Uber so I wasn’t alone in downtown. They had excellent communication and were honest and fair. Will definitely be coming back for any future needs!”
