I recently visited Oasis Nail Salon for what I hoped would be a relaxing experience. However, my visit turned into a nightmare when I discovered that they had charged my card $1000 instead of the agreed-upon $100 for the services rendered. This error has caused significant inconvenience as I now have to wait 7 to 10 days for the overcharged amount to be refunded.
As a customer, I expect businesses to prioritize accuracy and transparency in their transactions. The fact that such a glaring error occurred without any acknowledgment or effort to resolve it promptly reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of Oasis Nail Salon.
I urge others to exercise caution when patronizing this establishment and to double-check their transactions to avoid similar mishaps. In conclusion, my experience with Oasis Nail Salon was nothing short of a disappointment, and I will not be returning nor recommending it to others.

The staff is sooo sweet and friendly, they make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I can get away with only getting my nails done once a month because they are such good quality.

Well I just found out about this but apparently my girlfriend went here a few months ago to get her nails done, and from what I was told it Almost sounds like she was harassed here. Apparently a man that worked there was doing her nails and he was trying to force a hug on her and kept repeating the sentence "what would your boyfriend do if I hugged you?" Now I'm not the type of person to get upset unless it comes to people I care about. Just know that this is the type of service you pay for when you come here. My girlfriend doesn't feel comfortable coming to this nail spa now and I don't blame after having that experience there. I hope they solve this Issue soon because that man shouldn't be working there.

I love it here. The staff are super sweet and very welcoming. Clean and nice establishment. Issa 10/10 for me!!!!!! This will definitely be my go to w.e I'm in Birmingham ❤️

This was my first time here. The staff member that greeted me when I first walked in. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and the prices were reasonable for the services.

LOVE this place! Becky does the BEST pedicures. I have never had pedicure polish last as long as it does when she does my nails. The salon is clean and comfortable. I drive out of my way to come here because they're so good! Love love love them!

This was one of the best pedicures I ever had. We walked in and they sat us in the chairs right away. The salon was very clean, which was awesome. The leg and foot massages felt amazing and the pedicure was professionally done. If I am back in this area again and need nail services I will come back.Pedicure price: $55.00

Went in for a dip powder. I was told that they would soak your nails to removed old dip. First thing tech pulled out her drill. Had a bowl with cold acetone in it. Put my hands in it for about a minute and kept shaving the polish off. Asked her to cut a little off my nails and she took them all the way down to the skin. I am not sure how long this dip will last because she only did 1 dip. Nails will probably start to chipping/peeling off. I have never been to a nail shop where only 1 dip was done, always 2 dip and after the first shave nails soak for about 15 minutes. I guess the tech was trying to hurry and didn't want to wait for my nails to soak. When I asked her about doing only 1 dip of course she did not respond. I am thinking to myself by now that I want be back. The kicker was when I got ready to pay she told me that I had to pay for having my dip removed. I have never been to a shop where you had to pay for having your dip/polish removed. I asked to speak to the manager and she called another tech that was right next to where I was sitting by the name of Kaylee and said she was the manager. I said no, I want to speak to the guy that was at the front desk when I came in. She would not go and get him. I left a message for him to call me. I am waiting on a response. These shops must realize that there is nail shop on every corner. Just a matter of time to find one that you like. The shop that I was going to went under new management and the quality of service dropped, otherwise I would not have visited Oasis at all. Needless to say, I want be going back ! Looking for a new home. Any suggestions?

Super clean and friendly environment. My nails came out great, and Tommy was super honest about how to keep my nails healthy. He persuaded me to save the $10 for tips and grow my natural nails. Not many places would care too much about that, but he did. As of now, I plan to keep this salon as my go to!
