NA gave me peace of mind. They helped to make my move seamless. They communicated with me e very step of the wY. They also took great care with wrapping and prote ting my furniture. I would definitely use them again if the occasion ever arises

I have moved many many times and this move was by far the BEST!!! From the first initial conversation, to the contact with the moving crew to delivery of my furniture…..everything was very professional and excellent service. A Job Well Done!!! Highly recommend?

Very horrible service... Once u get the quote n money taken from you, it is very diff to speak to anyone to get help. U get sent to customer service and they don't seem to be able to help. Very disappointing.. the movers came into the home and gave another quote completely diff from initial quote gotten n despite speaking with someone ( very hard to get this person) who promised that customer service would reach out to me, no one ever did. Movers refused to start any work until new amount ( increased amount substantially) signed for and when I got to final location , money again increased...refused to pay increased amount resulting in movers threatening to put stuff in storage... really horrible experience esp with the movers.

I have used 3 different movers in the past, and this one was the best. They fit me in to the schedule at the last minute, and we’re very attentive to my need to get everything out of my apartment as soon as possible. The move was from AL to IL, and arrived on time. The movers didn’t damage anything and properly covered the floor and front door. I have never had a mover that covered the floors like that before.

Lambert Transfer and Storage of Birmingham which is the agent for North American bailed me out of a bad situation. Had my move booked with another local mover and they forgot my Move day. Lambert not only sent a crew out to help they were the kindest people and handled my belongings as if the furniture was theirs. The put nice blue blankets on every piece in my house and then brought it into my new house with the same blankets on my stuff. This was really impressive and I believe showed how much the take pride in their work. I highly recommend this company.
