A podiatrist sent me to Trak Shak, actually, but New Balance is what he told me to buy, and that's what stuck in my head....so that's where we went. And my husband and I were not disappointed! I'm embarrassed (kind of, but not really) to admit I actually went into that store THREE times, exchanging two pairs before finally being happy with my purchase - COMPLETELY my fault, not theirs. Because my feet have become so troublesome, I had to learn what size shoe I wear all over again...now I have the right size, which is NOT what I've been wearing for the last 30 years! All this to say that the associates were so very helpful, understanding and patient, and had no problem with my multiple exchanges. I've learned a lot about shoes, finally, and though they can't FIX my feet, I will be much more comfortable now, thanks to four nice guys who did not act at all put out with my impatient ignorance! (Impatient to get some shoes and go home, not because of anything they did, and ignorant about how shoes should fit!)
Oh, my husband also got a pair....he didn't have to go back,!

Salesman rang up my online order. Was not going to give receipt said it would come in email had to get mng to find out he did not put in computer but charged me mng got my receipt n got email sent to my phone be careful buying n not getting receipt ask for mng waiting on my shoes in transit

My third experience with Tyler and this location. My last work shoes and the prescription-like inserts (two sets of inserts ) lasted four years! Three of those years were on my feet 40 hours a week! I had my feet scanned again today. Tyler showed me the changes in my feet and pressure points! He recommended a different set of inserts in order to address the patterns of wear on my old inserts. Truly phenomenal products and services! And thank you to Tyler’s trainee, Ridge. He has a way with people and I’d never have known he was new if Tyler had not told me! Thanks to you all!

I went in today with a problem that this store didn’t create. The gentleman that helped me, Tyler, was super helpful and even kind. He never once told me he couldn’t fix my problem, he just said “this is what I CAN do.” It’s so hard to find customer focused businesses now days and so it was such a breath of fresh air to have such a pleasant experience! Thank you Tyler! I will be back!

New Balance is the place to go when you're having pain in your feet. They are always willing to help. They will listen to your need and identify a great selection based on your need. They also have great customer service. Hunter and Daniel are the best along with their district manager Tyler.

Tyler at the 280 store is a doctor!! I was recently fitted with the new 990 walking shoe and my inserts needed to be of varying sizes and we nailed it and I'm very happy. New inserts arrived a couple of days ago. Just a lot of excellent customer attention. Thanks.
