Had I not caught the absolute scam of the century i would’ve paid more than double for mirrors than anyone else in the entire world charges. $8000 for 6 lousy 10x4 mirrors the rest of the city charges $3500 for. I still ended up paying way more than they worth because I’m a solid business person. I can’t even imagine all the people this company is double or TRIPPLE charging for glass. I highly recommend you call other companies before EVER GIVING THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY. Wasn’t an accident either. They knew they were taking me for a ride from day one. Call Smart glass for honest good people. Avoid these horrible people at NELSON GLASS.

If I could give this business zero stars then I would.Let we start by saying that we have been customers of Nelson Glass before. Now, this was over 10 years ago when, I think, the management was different. Recently, I reached out to them to install another shower glass, and was told that they were very busy but they would be reaching out to me within a week and a half or so. Let me just say it's been over four weeks and I've yet to receive a courtesy call to say that they will be delayed for a measurement. I know that Nelson Glass tends to be quite a bit more expensive than other installers but I thought that their customer service and attention to detail would overcome the price differences.I guess I will never know if their attention to detail is worth their high prices because their customer service has become nonexistent.There are other businesses around Birmingham that value their customer base so I suggest you look around before reaching out to this company.

I have only had service via phone so far but they have been friendly, detailed, helpful, and more importantly reasonably priced and seem to be quick to process needs

Great people to do business with. As a contractor, I need my materials that have to be special ordered in a timely fashion, and these folks are on their game. I recommend them for all your glass and mirrors.

I called Nelson Glass because my storefront door was sticking, they sent technician out to evaluate it, ordered parts and repaired it 2 days later.. very professional technicians
