I had the fortune of contacting this business to move a gun safe for me. Their work I considered was not good, but superb, extremely professional, prompt and going out of their way to making it very satisfactory. I commend their director/owner, Kim, who provided me with prompt service and to making the move run smoothly. Sorry, couldn’t find a single fault to report. I just used Move Masters and was very dissatisfied. I would not recommend or use them again. I had a very expensive bedroom suite and they dropped my chest and it was severely damaged. By their own admission it was a “rookie mistake “! They “repaired” it but Kim made no attempt to offer any compensation for the chest being damaged and losing value. They moved an upright freezer that worked perfectly before it left on the truck. A few days later we go to the basement and discover water running from the freezer. We realized the door was not shutting properly. The vacuum seal was not working and the door would not close completely. I lost hundreds of dollars of meats, fresh vegetables and fresh strawberries. No one had touched the freezer since it was set in the basement by Move Masters.I was assured before I hired this company that they were insured and bonded. Therefore, I was shocked when she refused to be responsible for my freezer and loss of food. She was also rude and hateful. I hope I save someone from having the same horrible experience that I had. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau!

Judy Waters is to be ignored about her complaints about Move Masters. Move Masters is the best moving company around and I'm about to move again in about a month and searched my bank statements to find them again. I don't like having to move but when I do, I will always use this moving company.

We used Move Masters this past week and had an excellent experience with this company. One of the things that we loved was that the clock didn’t start until they arrived at our home. From there they went to work. Akeem, Mitch, and John were careful, fast, and efficient. They didn’t linger around and “milk” the clock.They were kind, courteous, and respectful. Very pleased with our move and would use them again.

Thank you. Your movers were very friendly introduced themselves upon arrival. They did above and beyond their job when they helped my husband who slipped in the house. Had they not helped him it would have been a challenge for him to get back up. He wasn't hurt, a little embarrassed, but they never mentioned it to me or made him feel uncomfortable I will definitely recommend your service to anyone. Very professional staff from first call to you till the job was finished! Again I truly appreciate Mitch and those who were helping. You were truly a blessing

My husband and I were truly happy with our experience with Move Masters! They exceeded our expectations and were such a pleasure to work with. Our team, Hakeem, Brian, and Ben were extremely professional, courteous and hard working - our new home consisted of several flights of stairs, and they never faltered or complained, and kept a good steady pace the entire day! Mitch, the General Manager, and Kim, the owner, also dropped by to check on things and to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything we needed. Kudos to the entire team at Move Masters!! Moving is such an exhausting and emotional experience as it is- the last thing you need to worry about is your moving company- so grateful we didn’t have that worry! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Move Masters!!

We bought a safe from Mark outdoors and they used move masters to deliver to us. First off they did not give us any heads up they were coming. Second the main guy was very rude and arrogant and after the fact proceeded to tell me that it would be a $10 charge per stairs. I would not recommend and will not be using again. It literally takes more energy to be rude than to be nice. We ended up leaving the small safe in our garage and we will pay someone else to move it in our house.
