I called Mountain High and luckily got Lindsay on the phone. She was very nice and even called a store for me to make sure a hard to find item was in stock. She got back to me letting me know they had the item (1 left, a tent) and I was able to order it. Lindsay was like talking to a friend and she went out of her way to help me. She was super nice and super helpful and seemed to care that I got my item. Can't say enough good things!

Best experience! Brooks was extremely patient with me. I'm the most high maintenance person when it comes to buy shoes. He never made me feel I was bothersome or annoying. In fact, he would make suggestions and kindly would go grab a pair of shoes after a pair of shoes. I will definitely come back. It feels good to be treat so nice.

Columbia Permit II Shorts. Ordered several pair. Only shorts to wear in a hot humid climate. Dries fast. Cool and light-weight wearing. Easy ordering, arrived in time needed. Many thanks to Ms. Lindsey for making the ordering process fast and accurate!

Huston did a great job in helping my husband select the perfect hiking gear for a multi weather trip we are taking. Actually, Huston did everything to find sizes and fabrics of particular weight and style that picky me wanted my husband to try on! There was no pressure to buy, just for husband to be satisfied and he is very happy with his purchases.

Matthew did a great job taking initiative to provide great customer service to my wife and I. There was an issue with the purchase of a pair of shoes from another store and we had to go to his store for an exchange. After the company he had to call left him on hold for 30 minutes he exchanged our items and let us go on with our busy day! Thanks for everyone wearing masks and being so kind!

I get that sunglasses are probably stolen frequently but the sales associate hovered over me the whole time I was trying sunglasses on until I finally told her to just hold them for me so she could stop standing over my shoulder and staring at me. If they are worried about people stealing they should put them closer to the register or use security tags lol.
