Customer service unable to be reached; tried to leave my number in callback system, but when I press #2, it cycles back to the the beginning. never able to leave a message Camera will not activate on my account. took my payment for service but cannot use camera

The worst customer service!! Cannot talk to anyone about parts or issues with product. I wish at least one person could return email or phone calls. There are other brands out here!!!

Do not waste your time or money on Moultrie products. Their cell cameras and web-site is terrible and their customer service is even worse. Take my advice and spend a little more money on any other cell cameras than Moultrie. I currently have Browning, Spypoint and Moultrie cell cameras and Moutrie is a joke.

I run a SC hunt club and have 15 Pro Magnum feeders. They work great at 2, 7 second feeds per day while lasting the 5 month season on 1 quality 6V rechargeable battery. I will have a feeder stop working from time to time and have had excellent communication, response and service from moultrie customer service.

TERRIBLE CAMERAS!!!! I HAVE RETURNED MULTIPLE CAMERAS THAT STOPPED WORKING IN THE PAST. ONCE AGAIN WENT TO OUR PROPERTY AND BOTH CAMERAS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING. APPARENTLY I AM OUT OF WARRANTY SO THEY OFFERED ME A 30% DISCOUNT ON NEW CAMERAS. WHY WOULD I BUY MORE CAMERAS KNOWING THEY WILL BREAK? MOULTRIE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I have had their feeders and cameras in the past and they worked fine. I bought two new tripod feeders that have the easy lock. They are lemons!! Oh how I wish I had my money back!! It’s a shame to buy a product and it not work properly. Corn is constantly hung in it so it doesn’t feed. I called customer service just to be told to send it back for repairs or take a file to the funnel and enlarge it. It’s hunting season people! I don’t want to take the brand new feeders out of the woods for repair. They still don’t work and now I’m back to broadcasting corn. Now I am stuck with two feeders that don’t work and I get to buy two more for next year and I assure you, they will not be a Moultrie!

If I could give Moultrie trail cameras zero stars on here I would. Purchased one several years ago and it stopped working all together after only 5 months of light use. Found a good deal on some moultrie cameras in october so I bought 2. It's now december and they're broken. Same issue that I had with my first one. Do yourself a favor, DON'T BUY MOULTRIE CAMERAS! Bite the bullet and purchase a bushnell or covert camera. I've had them for 4 years and never had any issues at all with them.

have a few moultrie cameras. 1 suddenly died, wouldn't come on with fresh batteries. company handled my warranty claim with ease. I returned it to them and within a week had a new camera mailed to me. awesome service.

It's a down right shame! Moultrie could be a really awesome company if they would just learn how to put their customer first. The customer service at Moultrie is the worst I've encountered.

We purchased a Moultrie XV-7000i Cellular Game Camera.. pictures extremely blurry.. I called Moultrie to get some assistance with the Cell-Cam to only be disrespected.. After all the products I’ve purchased made by this company, I get disrespected over asking for some assistance to clear up the pics so they are visible enough to determine the game.. I sent the item back to BassPro for a refund.. and I’ll never purchase another Moultrie product.. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.. absolutely 100% PATHETIC.. Triple Triple Thumbs Down..

Bought refurbished camera and it arrived clearly broken. Customer service agreed but it took 3 phone calls before I got answers. Once they agreed it needed to be returned, I had to pay for shipping it back to them. A company that makes you pay for return shipping on a broken product has no faith in their product being reliable. I think their customer service has been terrible since they were bought out and I would not recommend them.
