I've been coming here for about a year now and it's a nice storage facility. There are plenty of cameras arounds, which adds a good sense of security and there's plenty of space to park and load your items. I'm not sure what hours the staff work. There's been several times that I've needed assistance, but no one was there. They do tend to respond well via email though.

Sometimes when companies are so big and have multiple locations sometimes correct and truthful information doesn’t get relayed to the owners or management. Your local staff might do all they can to keep you from knowing the truth about how your business is operated on a day to day basis. I’m only talking at this point but if given the chance I can PROVE what has and why it happened at your storage location on 22nd street in Birmingham, Alabama. Tbh, I’m very afraid to leave this due to fear of continued retaliation and my property being harmed or disappearing or my payment not being accepted as has already happened which led me to leave this review but the reason why plays a major part also. I am not a complainer nor troublemaker, TRUST me. I been at that same location over 2 years and never missed a payment. Thank you?.

I have and continue to spend $200k annually with MorningStar Storage since they entered the Birmingham, Alabama Market.Corporate Vice President Craig Robertson and Chief Financial Officer Wes Carter refuse to settle a claim where their General Manager allowed (6) individuals after hours access to steal over $1 million from storage units on October 22, 2022.The (former) General Manager falsified documents to allow subjects to use the Morningstar Storage Truck to remove property from the facility. Including (4) $100k Grand Pianos and $150k of my personal property.Once made public, this will be one of the largest “heist” in Birmingham which they are trying to sweep under the rug. I hope local citizens will encourage Morningstar Storage to settle this claim.Pictures are of actual Morningstar Storage Security footage.

I have a Hot Shot trucking business. I's based out of Lewiston, Idaho. I was having trouble with my truck and had to leave my 40ft gooseneck trailer in Alabama. Morningstar had a place for me to park when no one else did. I was in a bit of a jam and they helped me out and made me a great deal. I forgot to lock up one of my trailer boxes that was full of cargo strapping. I called them and asked if they would check to see if it was locked and they did. I mailed them a key to lock it for me. Professional, friendly service. A very clean facility. Thanks Morningstar, Truckin Troy, Allens Custom Hauling Llc.
