Horrible! I went in to get the new Revvl V 5G. I told the girl exactly what I wanted. She rang me up and was putting it together and told me I got the wrong case. Upon further inspection - she got the wrong phone. They have refused to refund my money, even after the store manager told me she would. I tried to contact their owner Cell Touch to speak with the district manager. They hung up on me. Extremely rude! TMobile and Metro say they can't do anything about it because it's owned by the other people.I have reported it to my card company and disputed the transaction.Update 8/20/22 my card company agreed and rejected payment. Yay!

Martha was very very rude sneezed in my face and called me ugly names because I disagreed on the price she quoted me that I had been quoted for cheaper a few days earlier will never return to this store

I just want to say that Catherine or Cat was so helpful in my visit. I was frustrated because my former provider wasn’t compatible with my UNLOCKED iPhone so Cat helped me switch services and all the while helping me to keep my original cell number. I greatly appreciate her for taking the time out and making sure I was set and ready to use my new iPhone. Thanks so much Cat!

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Saturday, my MetroPcs phone had died, I went in to get an upgrade. The selection is terrible but that;s not their fault. I told the rep I was looking for an Iphone SE. She called someone, spoke Spanish and said the location up the street would have it later today and she would text me since my phone wasn't working. This was 10 am, I went back at 230 and they said the phone hadn't come in, I drove down to the other location to which they told me it would be tomorrow but no one could call me...after that, I said well the other girl said she would, to which he started laughing and said yeah right. I said well, no one wants my business, so I left and they said nothing ----just get an unlocked phone from somewhere else when u are scheduled for an upgrade.
