Been a customer for over 5yrs. Can't get a discount when I try to upgrade I get charged the full price of the phone. might as well be a new customer that's who gets the discount, also why don't you have the upgrade price by the phones anymore

Young man was so nice, but could not help me out. I learned that all of the Metro stores are NOT managed under same, and that's why he couldn't help me. I would definitely do business with this location.
