Went in today after being unsatisfied at two other local metro PCs locations. Shamicka helped me get a new phone and two tablets. No hidden charges, no fast talking and card swiping. She is definitely whats need for the company.

Just went here to get a phone and a new plan and I was prepared to spend $145 and they were extremely rude to me and wouldn't quit heckling me to get the case and screen protector they wanted me to and refused to sell me the phone over 15$. They tried lying and confusing us in order to use to force us to buy what they wanted without letting us know what we were purchasing. It was extremely frustrating because we drove over 30 minutes because we were told it was the only store that had the phone we were looking to buy. We stood there waiting to finish our purchase for over 30 minutes while the two people said that they would get in trouble if they didn't upsell on us so they didn't want to sell us the phone. It blows my mind that they would cut ties with a new monthly paying customer, a long term customer, and the purchase of a phone over a screen protector. I used to only have good things to say about metro but this store has changed my mind. They waisted time I will never get back and over an hour of driving and gas

I stood up there for almost an hour trying to get my phone situated the rep assured me my account was unlocked only to get home and metro says it will be three days until its unlocked missing all kinda calls reps shouldn't give out false information

Worst customer service ever!!!!! These folks literally gave me the run around about my phone. I called to speak with a manager and he was just as rude.
