Visit this store on today. And was meet with the worst possible attitude by the store manager Tanita. The lady refused to help me and continued to yell and tell me to call customer service. Because I wanted to cancel a line through DSG. Then proceeded to kick me out of the store and called the police because I still wanted to be helped. I want to talk to someone in charge ASAP

The 2 women there are horrible and ghetto the whole time they were on their phones even had they friend come in and took my service as a joke and had their company laugh at me metro pcs isnt professional they only care about getting customers moneytmetro pcs also changed there policy charging customers 25 bucks to get phone transferred to another snake oil salesman I hate metro and I couldn't reach out to metro they suspended my account just to make me pay 25 dollars as a loyal customer I feel highly disrespected Ill never forget this and you let your employees handle people any kind of way metro pcs playing for keeps
