Staff is wonderful but the manager is rude and condescending for no reason. I had a wonderful experience with the staff on two separate occasions. Ashley was very helpful and I would love to do business with her again. I purchased a phone from her and she knows her business. The manager on the other hand inserted herself in my transaction without provocation with an attitude. I left without purchasing another phone as I intended to do because I won't spend my money to profit a company that doesn't respect it's customers. I know I'm not the only one because this seems to be her personality.

I payed 200.00 for a new phone about a month ago. Every phone call I'm on the sound goes in and out. I'm sitting in one spot on the side of the bed, not even moving around. Then I call and report it and they tell me they would have to send off for me a new one and when it comes back I'll have to pay 25.00 for that one. WHT should I have to pay anything.??? I really think they sold me a refurbished phone as a new phone....crooks!!!!

No No No!!Isn't there a single employee or manager that comes to work in a good mood?Several (4 so far) trips down...What is ACP? Why is everyone yelling about it, lying about it??To someone like myself with MAJOR anxiety... This type of escalated high tension phone calls for all customers to hear, unless handled privately or more professionally, I can't visit this location.It's a real hillbilly pickin' & grinnin'.**Management course provided by Leona Helmsley.______I don't carry a grudge... But Metro by T-Mo... No Thank You. I will not be emailing you..This is how bad the service was.Fire the staff and burn the building.In 100 years, we might speak again.

Bad service, they just fired me treating me badly, they yelled at me because I didn't have change, she is a very angry woman as I don't know English but I more or less understood that she insulted me, I think about suing them because it was bad customer service every time I get to pay my line The telephone company treats me badly but this time it happened, it's for them to fire her, she is very bad and it offended me, just because she is a woman she feels very very, I hope and you take into account my comment, a man was there and saw everything that happened and what he told me, November 22, 2022 5:35 pm

I only gave it one star because it would not let me give zero Stars. I didn't catch her name but the dark haired manager that's on duty this evening was very rude. They took so long I eventually sat down what I was getting putting it back where it belonged, as I noticed her watching me closely. As soon as I walked away she ran to the rack and opened the package which was a screen protector to see if it was gone as in stolen by me. It was there and she looked very foolish. Horrible service she had already started off one time to another customer. You should leave this type stuff at home and not bring it to work and ruin the name of a business because all the other metros have very friendly people just not this one.
