MY UNCLE WAS TOLD THAT HE COULDN'T RETURN A BRAND NEW PHONE AFTER HE FOUND HIS LOST ONE... PLUS THEY GAVE HIM A DEBIT CARD RECEIPT WITH ONLY THE AMOUNT ON IT. NO PURCHASE AT ALL. Y'ALL ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IMMEDIATELY!

After being with this company for 9 years, I had to go! From the representative in the store being unprofessional and rude to them lying about how much a product cost. Just so they can pocket the money was enough for me.

These are some deceitful people who will hang up on you when they can't resolve you problem, they don't honor contracts, the make changes without noticing you...I can go on but why just know they're dishonest

Today I visited the metro by T-mobile authorized dealer where I was really impressed with the knowledge and experience along with the service I received today. Muhammad was my guy who answers every question I had. He showed me a few different phones and finally I decided to buy a Galaxy A12. The store was nice, clean,and ready for my business! I recommend this location ? they had my new cell ready for me when I left the store. Very satisfied with my purchase and service. Easy parking Very fast and very easy. Thank you Muhammad for your time and effort making sure I was able to use my new phone. Making it easy.

I have been having the worst experience here. I would not recommend this store to anyone. There is a guy in there by the name of Muhammed that is so unprofessional and not equipped to work with the public and LETS BE CLEAR HE IS NOT HELPFUL AND will purposely not disclose information that you need in order to escalate a problem. If he is in there alone he wont answer the phone/Muhummad and REFUSED TO ASSIST ME because he said that I didnt buy the phone from him. I bought it from the other guy in the store. I have never heard such bull!
