Tim is amazing he went over my whole system located several issues free of charge and wouldn’t let me pay him , I only went buy some speakers and ended up get my whole system tuned up.This is my new go to audio and car repair place.

Highly recommend Mercy Audio! Wow! Tim is very knowledgeable about car audio! He schooled our son about how car audio should really sound! He even tuned up our sons friends system when he "thought" it sounded good. Our son is so proud of his system and never misses a chance to show it off. Thank you Tim!

I walk up to the door and told they are closed. I assume for good because it was 2.5 hours before the time that their sign says they close. Poor customer service because they didn’t even ask if I was needing to buy some speakers or have a system installed. The good thing is that I dodged a bullet because I didn’t waste my time or money letting them install a system. Who knows how that would have turned out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Awesome co friendly ppl. I called looking for a wiring harness ended up getting the install with them instead. He told me he could get me in today. He stayed until after closing to make sure he did what he said he was gonna do. It didn't take long because he was very knowledgeable about his profession. Would definitely recommend Mercy Audio
