Whenever I go it seems like Jasmine is always there. No matter how many customers she has or is helping she lets you know that she sees you and will help you shortly. She’s very nice and friendly. Has great customer service skills. Thanks for helping me finally PURCHASE the Candy Yum Yum Lipglass and not keep debating about it lol. See you soon.

Staff has bad attitude or zero customer service friendliness. I brought my wife to pick Mac makeup. I need to use bathroom so I ask two stuff members if they could point me in the right direction. They totally ignore me, life I wasn’t there. Their conversation was much more important than answering a simple question. 1/10

Went there and bought well over the $50 to get my makeup done. After waiting FOREVER the guy FINALLY came over and asked what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted but I'm not good with makeup and needed help. He said ok, find your shade and I'll be back. 38 minutes later he came over tried tge two shades I picked out and said, well its not perfect but it will do. I asked if he could actually do my makeup. No, honey, it's busy in here and I don't have time. All while this one associate had done a party of three girls whick bought very little if anything. And I don't even wear the makeup he sold me.

Staff have a "know it all" attitude. I asked for a baby pink lip gloss, the woman said they didn't carry that color, only for me to look on the display and find the color. She could have looked first before writing me off. I will think twice about visiting this location again, especially if you're looking to try and buy new products.
