The people who worked on my truck did a great job fixing it up and their communication with their customers is amazing. They kept me informed of the steps they were going to take to get my truck fixed up and they did so in a timely manner for a great price. The people I worked with were also very nice to talk to and friendly. I highly recommend going to Maaco for bodywork on your vehicle.

I was in a wreck about 2 months ago and my car had went to this maaco. When we picked it up the guy told us the piece for the wiper fluid motor wasn’t working and they had ordered a new part and it would be there in a week and they would call us to have it fixed. It has been almost 2 months and we haven’t heard anything! We have called up there several times. The guy who told us this wasn’t there but they would contact him. We have called numerous times since then and they won’t answer. This was all under insurance so they have gotten their money! I am not happy and want my car fixed like they promised!

Macco and the staff did a great job on my 2003 GMC 2500. They were very professional and performed a great paint job for the price. I will use Macco again because the price was good

Maaco is probably the best place to go to get a good inexpensive paint job. The best thing in experienced this time is I noticed the paint on my hood didn't lay down evenly. It looked like it had stripes in the bright sunlight. I brought it back and showed it to them. He scheduled me to come back on Monday and the hood was repainted. It looks great now! Very good customer service. You don't find that every where anymore.

The guys at the Maaco in downtown Bham are a great group who take pride in their work. The paint was excellent and when I had an issue they quickly corrected it fairly and with same quality as before. If you need a vehicle painted, I highly recommend this location!

I dropped off my car April 1st 2024, it’s now July 22 and have not gotten my car, the guy Cody is a scumbag and a liar!!!! I’m so disappointed in how he kept wanting more money up front or bring in cash to the facility. I already gave him $5,000 cash in the beginning. He kept saying he would call me back and never did. I found out he is a liar and because maybe I’m a female he thought he could take advantage. Chuck & John told me my car will be ready tomorrow at 7am… I’m so ready to get my car. I also had a memorial for the car back in May, that I was not able to bring the car to for my sisters memorial.

A former site manager made promises he couldn't keep to me and several other customers, leading to a weeklong delay. However, the regional manager stepped in, got the work done, and offered me a good discount for my patience. Great paint job, too!

Did you really hit me with an auto response? I already picked up the truck so I’m not sure how you think we are going to resolve something, but if you wanna resolve something, you have my number, and my father's (which is still on) YOU reach out and make it right. That’s on you not me buddy. Also AI probably isnt the best when it comes to negative reviews.

Awesome work would recommend them. Our other old truck is in there getting painted next. Was very excited and happy. This 03 diesel is beautiful again. Great work very nice people
