Went to Lush yesterday for the first time in years and had the best experience! Everyone was so incredibly nice and they helped me find exactly what I wanted!! Plus they sampled a body bar for me and gave me the extras for my little sister and her friends!! Made me want to buy exclusively from them in the future.

First time visiting LUSH ever. I come from Mississippi and we don't got a lush at all in state, and I could just order online but I got to smell scents before I buy. Plus, I've seen tons of videos and tiktoks about LUSH and how hands-on the shopping experience is. Right away it smells so great. Everyone on the team so welcoming, and I want to give a special shoutout to an employee named Josten (I hope I spelled it right). His energy is so upbeat, he helped guided us through the scent experience and in exploring everything. He even spent a good time helping my husband find a perfume that he ended up really happy with. He was very informative on the types of products and even encouraged our curiosity with a great hands on experience. We're all pretty happy with our findings. And there was another employee, I didn't get her name, but she had on a decorated apron and was tall. I was interested in the skincare and she was very informative about how each product was. She also asked questions about my skincare goals and skin type to help provide a more personalized product for my concerns. Hope to come back again when visiting!

The customer service here is fantastic! All of the products are wonderful quality and I love Lush as a whole but the people at this location are what make it so great. Shout out to Jennifer for helping me out today, she was so sweet and informative.

My experience today at Lush was nothing short of amazing. I was able to shop with 2 children who had never been to the store and the sales associates were very patient and their customer service was commendable. ZuZu (idk about spelling, sorry girl lol) was our experience curator with bath bomb demonstrations, jelly soap demonstrations, and she showed us other fun products. The sales associates as a whole were friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and were able make great suggestions and recommendations. The children and I were entertained and had a great time shopping. We are thrilled about the goodies we brought home and we will never forget our experience at Lush at the Summit.

Okay, so I love Lush in general but the service I received at this store by Allison and Dee were phenomenal. Like I don’t even know what to say except please give these girly pops a raise! Thank you for an amazing day at Lush! <3

I can’t remember the ladies/ associates name but she has blonde hair and glasses and she was very kind for helping me pick a body mist. Thanks for giving me a wonderful experience as a customer and making me feel very welcomed I forgot her name but I remember her sweet spirit.

The 2 staff members who helped me on an evening visit were fantastic!
The amount of soaps, bars, etc. is overwhelming but i had an idea of what i wanted and they helped a lot in explaining the items, scents, uses, etc. a great visit.

Lush is my favorite body care brand. Everything I’ve ever tried is amazing. The scents are my favorite. I like patchouli and they have a few things ❤️ highly recommend!!!

Amazing customer service! I was looking to buy solid shampoo & conditioner for some upcoming trips, but I'd never used solids before, so I wasn't quite sure where to start. I'm so glad I chose to go to the Lush, because the staff member there really took the time to understand my hair & travel plans, pick the best shampoo & conditioner for my needs, and give me practical tips on use & storage. The products we picked out ended up being perfect for my trip! I'll definitely be returning, and would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you!
