Thank you to the Lowes employee (Bill) ŵho assisted me with finding lighting for my shower. He suggested and found a better product than what I was looking for, the product he suggested works great. He was very professional and saw that I needed help and was very knowledgeable. Lowes Hwy 280 thanks again for great service.

No one will answer the phone. Departments do not communicate with each. Lowe’s computer system is worthless. We will never shop at Lowe’s again, and we have been good customers in the past, and have spent a lot of money there. We tried to buy a refrigerator two weeks ago (March 24, 2023). They never showed up for delivery and installation. We were lied to again and again. So we went to the store in person and cancelled the order on March 30. We received a full refund. We went to Home Depot and bought the same refrigerator. We continue to get emails from Lowe’s, telling us that they are delivering the refrigerator. Why would you deliver a refrigerator to someone who received a refund for it? I called and called trying to cancel the delivery. On April 2, I received an email stating that the refrigerator was delivered at 8:00am CT. Really? Who got the refrigerator? We certainly didn’t. This was a lie and it is repeated on the website and on the app. No one will answer my calls or questions on chat (they have no answers). Save yourself a lot of frustration, and buy your appliances somewhere else. We have not received any explanation for any of this treatment, and certainly no apology. Goodby, Lowe’s! I hope management can get control and turn this around.

Terrible customer service. Bought 30 bags of concrete and every few bags (watched me load each bag myself) the lowe's worker made me stop and count the bags. No help and made the buying experience worse

Horrible customer service in the garden section. Was looking for something specific and the cashier was extremely rude when asked where something was and the price. Then I overheard her talking about my "stupid question" to other customers. So rude, will not be returning to this location.

Went in to get inspired and saw three people in the garden area with baskets full of plants that were on clearance. Belinda and Bill were extremely helpful actually everyone I made eye contact with spoke which is a great plus?. I will be back again not because of the clearance items yet because the staff spoke and the staff actually talked and joked with me and made me feel Human. ? ?

Bought a dishwasher 11/24 and purchased installation - used Lowe's because we appreciate the military discount. Received a call a couple days later that the dishwasher was ready for us to pick up. When we reminded them we paid for installation, they said an installer would be in contact to schedule. Three weeks go by. Every time we check on it, we are told an installer will be in touch. Finally, an installer calls and we schedule for 12/22. We remove our old dishwasher and I take the day off of work. At around around noon the installer calls and says he's at Lowe's but they don't have our dishwasher. We call repeatedly over the next several days and get tossed around on the phone with promises of a call back without resolution. Now, I have a gaping hole in my cabinetry, an old dishwasher in my kitchen floor, family coming for Christmas, and a charge for almost $1000 on my credit card and NO DISHWASHER. Finally, 11/27, I called and cancelled the whole order. Over a month, a wasted day from work, and no resolution and not a single person who really even seemed to care. I know it's a busy season and I feel like we were more than reasonable to give it over a month, but this is ridiculous. Lowe's does not care about you or your business. Big box, little service. I won't be doing business with them again. I hope others will see this and save themselves the same trouble.

I was very impressed with their plant selection this visit! There were quite a few plants I don’t usually see usually and they were fully stocked. Glad I went in! ??

Large clean store with just about everything you need for repair, gardening (limited selection of more popular plants), and a small selection of home decor and seasonal items. Helpful staff and clean restrooms. The only downside is that it always hot inside which makes browsing and longer visits harder.

Horrible service - waited over an hour on 25 gallons of paint, guy had zero idea what he was doing (after we waited for no one there over 10 minutes). Refused to open the 2,3,4th buckets after the 1st was not even close to color selected. Splattered paint all over my husband's linen shorts - left with zero paint

Called in to ask if I bought lumber in the store could it be cut down. Lady on the phone couldn't stop interrupting me to let me finish my question. When I asked her to please let me finish, she put me on hold. Just missed out on a several hundred dollar purchase for a project. I'll go somewhere that appreciates my business.

Incompetent staff who are not cross trained. A lazy manager who didn't want to come out of his office. We were waiting to buy a refrigerator for over an hour. Only to be told that they did have one in stock but they couldn't find it.

I used to go here because Home Depot was just plain unfriendly, not helpful and product was unkept. Now it is just the opposite. Stuff in the aisles, employees could care less if you were there. Most employees could care less if you are there. In March I went there to buy a $3000 door with install. Three employees were talking in Millwork and after a few minutes of me standing there ask what I needed. They referred me to the pro section to ask for some guy. He wasn’t there so I drove a half mile to Home Depot where I’ve been going ever since. Lowe’s, get your store together and teach your employees how to be customer focused. If you need to see how that is done....drive a half mile down the road.

I have been several times lately. Did there online store pickup. Super easy. And randomly, on my last 2 visits, I ran into the same Lowes Associate. His name is Brett Graham. I asked because he was so nice. The experience was informative and so effortless so I could get what I needed and keep moving. I told him I was impressed. But thought I'd write something nice. Thanks Brett and Lowe's 280.

I usually like this store but today was not a great experience. The manager is less than helpful. It's not my fault your understaffed and you might actually have to leave the return booth with the 9 other people and help a customer. Save yourself a trip and go to Home Depot. Better trained employees and always trying to help.
