Terrible customer service & communication. I purchased a pair of shorts and while checking out the cashier asked if i wanted to add a custom button to make them tighter (as i told her i have a problem with shorts being too big on the waist). I said sure and she pressed the button on herself. There was no situation of measuring me or having me try them on after the fact. I went home and tried them on and they still didn’t fit me correctly. I went in the next day to exchange them for a smaller pair. They had me try on multiple sizes to make sure these ones fit. When i was checking out they then said they can’t exchange them because there had been a custom button put on. I then tried to explain that the cashier never told me it was final sale with a custom button or did i ask for a custom button to be put on. She had offered it & told me if they didn’t fit right that she could take it off or move the button. They would not listen to me as i tried to explain this and i am not one to argue with customer service so i left. Just frustrating and disappointing as i did not ask for the custom button nor was it made clear that the button would make it final sale or i would have said no. Hope they clear this up so there are no other customers dealing with this.

Greeted by an employee who told me select items are 50% off, and to just look for the 50% off signs. Tried on a pair of jeans from a table with a giant 50% off sign. No other details on the sign, just "50% off." Huge sign, right there on the table almost touching the jeans I tried on. I tried to purchase the jeans and told they were not on sale and the sign only applied to a different style of jeans on the bottom shelf of the table. Told the employee they might want to correct their signage as to not be so misleading. She replied "thanks for the advice."

I came in with a pretty complicated return/exchange situation after utilizing the 2-year warranty on a different pair of jeans. The manager, Hope, greeted us when we entered the store and stepped into help, seeing that I had a return. Even though they couldn’t help with my actual problem since it was an online issue, they immediately dialed the customer service line and got my issue taken care of with them right then and there. Hope was super helpful, and I really appreciate the above and beyond service, since the easy response would have been, “you’ll have to call customer support and have them take care of it.” Thank you!Even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything in the store that day, I was able to use my credit to get two pairs of jeans at the next outlet I visited which was running a BOGO sale. :)

This store was super clean and well organized, and the employees were extremely helpful and nice. I got the button on my pants that I was buying moved over so the waist would fit, and they did it really well. Another employee was able to check if they had more sizes of an item in the back for me. Super helpful with coupons too!

While visiting Birmingham, we decided to of course go shopping. I love Levi's so decided to visit this location. I was super surprised upon entering that this particular location did alterations. I tried on a couple of jeans, and since I am short my pants always drag on the ground. I spoked with the lady who was ringing me up and the seamstress behind her mentioned the entire process of alterations. I asked about the turn-around time, and she mentioned about two weeks, I was like well I live out of state and she said no problem, we can ship. Best customer service from a Levi's store that I have received in a long time. She got my measurements and took my information.I would definitely visit this location again when I am in the area. The customer service is UNMATCHED!!!

This was my first time going to a Levi's store! Shoutout to Riley and Stone for making the experience what it was. I honestly would return just for them. It's not everyday you run into not only great customer service but just all around decent humans, so thank you! Definitely will be coming back for all the customization options they offer, so cool!

We just stopped by this store to find some pants for my son’s homecoming. Brandon was incredibly helpful throughout our search. He went above and beyond and even called the outlet store to find a specific size. Give him a raise!
