My husband and I both student of Lawson have bookstore orders sitting there that we were charged for and cannot pick up. This store is NEVER open during the business hours they say they should be open. The hours are from 8a-5p Monday through Friday. My husband and I both have went in person (they do not answer the phone) at different times and they are closed. 8am-Closed, 11am-Closed, 1pm-Closed, 2pm-Closed, 3pm again closed! This has been this way every week for the last month and a half. There are no signs posted stating any closures and nobody on the campus staff can answer why they are not open either. We are paying tuition and this is a service that we use to get our materials for classes and there is no accountability at all for the lack of availability at a school bookstore that serves the entire campus! I have a emailed as well, and of course no response. It’s exhausting and extremely unprofessional. I am completely fed up with it.

I really wish I could do lower because I bought a book for almost $300 and went in there they marked it down to $153 then the manager had the nerve to tell me that’s why we tell y’all to wait that was the fall price and this is the summer price really but I bought the books 2 weeks ago I will never buy a book from Lawson/ Follett book ever again

Bookstore is not open when they say they will be. No one at the school knows anything about this either.
