Never using Labcorp again. This lab (in network) sent my blood off to a third party (out of network) without my knowledge and I got stuck with the whole bill. Awful business practice

I'm here because they did not process my blood on the day it was delivered. A courier brought them the blood on Friday and they waited until Monday to test it. So it gave faulty high readings. I have monthly in home IVIG, for over a year and for some reason they didn't process my blood within their agreed upon time. So now I had my infusions in the first half of the day and I showed up when they reopened at 1:00 pm. It's almost closing time and I'm still waiting, so I'm concerned that again I won't get the proper test within my doctors parameters. There are two people who come into the waiting room, wearing mask, with very soft voices, not bothering to look toward the group they are speaking to. So the 9 people in the waiting room are struggling to understand them. One of the two has a strong foreign accent to add to the difficulty. I'm uncomfortable with the anger level in the room. I'd be glad to teach free customer relationship skills like making eye contact, speaking loudly and clearly, being kind, and paying attention to the emotional state of their customers. I don't feel well after my infusions and this is a horrible experience for me and my wife, waiting in the car. Edit: Sure enough, I was the very last patient to be called for the day. They claimed they called my name and I did not respond. I told the girl that someone got up and got served each and every time a name was called. So, did someone else get my lab work done? Here is irony. The blood work they botched was to check for kidney damage, which can happen without adequate hydration. To avoid kidney damage I always stay home and drink tons of liquid, to the point I must urinate every 10-15 minutes. Today I spent a 1/2 day without a drop of liquid intake because I didn't want to be in the restroom when they called my name. I've developed a headache, another sign of inadequate hydration. I was also told I may have to pay for this 2nd test out of pocket. What's the Hippocratic oath? At least do no harm.

I had to get drug tested for my job. I walked in and was amazed. They are tech advanced with the self checkin. Everything was so clean almost sterile. My lab technician was very sweet and patient with me. Whenever I have to get preemployment or random drug tested and I'm allowed to choose my location I will be coming back to this one.

Certainly not the friendliest staff. They seem to avoid all human contact and do not look like they are enjoying their jobs in the least. Also, it was freezing in there and the computer stopped working.

My overall experience was ok only because the person who took my urine sample was friendly. The lady working the front window with the short blonde afro was very rude and unprofessional and made me feel as if I was bothering her while checking in.

For someone that holds a cup of my piss for a living, these people are seriously rude and unprofessional. I walked in and signed on the sheet. I asked how long it was going to she said "I don't know." After waiting a few minutes, they said they were closing for lunch. After lunch, I asked how long the wait was going to be. The lady said "I don't know, not my job." I finally got back and did the test and got out. Miserable, rude, unpleasant experience.

The new location is clean, professional, and not busy as of yet!!! It's always nice when you can get in, done, and out without a hassle. Certainly willing to use this location more often even though it's a bit farther from my house.
