Got an charge from them after I went to a clinic for tests that I wasn’t expecting. HERB WAS THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had , he stuck with me for an hour with calls to the clinic and made sure we were gonna get a solution .

I’ve tried for months to get LabCorp and the physician’s office to work together to get $260 (usual and customary price for non covered. BCBS would probably pay $80) to get labs covered that have been covered under the same policy for years with a different physician and lab. The physician’s office billing rep told me they were getting with the liaison for LabCorp. I haven’t heard from her or gotten a response asking for help or even a discount off U&C if it could not be covered. I have called and emailed and only get generic responses. I’ll pay the bill but there is no customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. I wrote to the CEO about my concerns and have not heard from him. I made an appointment for my husband to have routine blood work. He still sat waiting for one hour. It's not the first time our appointment times weren't honored. He has a business to run and it's disrespectful to us, the customers of this business.

I spoke with sarallia in customer service in Birmingham and with dakesha in billing in Greensboro, NC (I am sure that I misspelled both names. I needed some help with procedures and the billing of some blood work for a healthy visit for my wife with our family practice Doctor. They were both polite and let me tell them what I needed to know. They listened and then responded. They were very helpful. I am on the phone a lot in. my business and it was a pleasure to speak with these two great ambassadors for LabCorp. Paul Parker

Absolutely the worst Lab company in the nation. Have used them twice in the last year and both time they screwed everything up, contamination. Never use these people, you would be better off using a monkey.
