My small business would be offline and dated if it were not for the great people who work at Known Host. I've been with them for years, and over this time I have gotten to know the support staff via ticketing systems. With most companies, you probably never see the same agents name again in another ticket; but not at Known Host. They are able to retain their support staff for years. That says a lot. Tech support is a hard job. I'm thankful to the staff, company and services they provide. They certainly under promise and over deliver.

Yes, great service. I had some trouble switching from another host and the use of a very old computer for one e-mail account but they are great for service, seamless, and efficient. I will use them to host one of my other domains.

The hosting KnownHost provides is stellar - my multiple websites run quickly and efficiently. Everyone I’ve dealt with at the company has been absolutely amazing! The reps respond quickly and are always knowledgeable, helpful and kind - no matter what you ask or need. They are always wonderful and make you feel good about being a customer. Exceptional support team from KnownHost. If you know nothing about making your own website or blog or whatever, this support team will absolutely save you. They're very knowledgable, very friendly, and very timely in their responses. Also, the features that KnownHost offers are numerous and the control panel for your website(s) is all very orderly and sensible. If you're debating between hosts, absolutely choose KnownHost. I can't imagine I would've had an easier or better experience with the other hosts I was debating choosing.

Having been hosting websites for over 20 years with companies in the UK, several in the USA I came across KnownHost and gave them a try. Smartest move I ever made. They have been there when an issue arrived and got me back on track. You can't beat their tech support hands down. So glad I'm with them and they are with me.

Been a customer for just over 10 years now. Have had multiple servers and services and have been super happy the entire time. The service is second to none as far as I'm concerned. I recommend, and exclusively use, Knownhost for all my hosting.

Nobody has the level of customer support like KnownHost. I always tell people that if they want a hosting company that has the best trained and knowledgeable support techs, KnownHost is it! Sure, other cheaper hosts offer phone support ... but their techs are just phone guys who known nothing. Their support is usually worthless. I don't mind the ticket system that KH uses because you guys are SO FAST at responding and your agents are usually super knowledgeable at managing the servers. Truly The BEST! Totally 5 Stars!

I've been with Knownhost for many years. I use their VPS services for complete access and control over all aspects of my web hosting. I'm fairly technical and seldom submit tickets, but when I get in over my head, the support team always comes to my rescue. Their response time is incredibly quick.

Our website loads amazingly fast on KnownHost - a life changing experience for our audience and for WordPress management.Furthmore, KnownHost Support Department provided awesome support migrating our website from another hosting provider. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly. It's the best IT experience I've had in a long time - and I'm in the industry.
