It is very difficult to find an automechanic that you really trust. I really trust them. Been using their services for over a decade for at least ten different cars in my family. It's always honest in their assessment and timely in their work.

My family has used this place for years and they never disappoint. Great owners and employees that are honest and hardworking. I never feel like they are charging more than what the work is worth and they do a great job. A little slow returning calls, but they seem to always be busy. Don't let that deter you. I recommend them to all of my friends.

I drive a Volvo, and they know Volvo's well. While KW is not the only good Volvo shop in Birmingham, they are as good as any out there. They are personal, helpful, and more often than not are a bit less costly. And they've kept me going for 327,000 miles niw!

I normally go to dealerships because at least they normally always use factory parts. K&W Auto is the exception; they listen to the customer's concerns offering instant repair solutions without the arrogance associated with so many shops. K&W Auto is the type of shop that can find repair solutions that are not written in the repair manuals saving both time and money. I have had repairs at their shop for over ten years and never had any issues; their repairs are more focused on quality when so many shops just want to take your money. If you need a really quick, low quality repair K&W is not the best choice, but if you value personal relationship, customer service and a quality repair K&W Auto is the clear choice.
