Pretty disappointing service. Never able to get rental car, car was left outside in the rain without back hatch and water stagnated in spare tire well. Car smelled like a sewer when I picked it up. They left the rubber bumper cover in a box on the back seat instead of putting it on

I wasn’t sure where to take my car for the repairs I needed and ended up calling Joe Hudson after four other repair places said they wouldn’t be able to even get to my car for two months, or wouldn’t work with my insurance (Geico). They were were very helpful, very communicative, and were able to complete my repairs within the projected timeline.

This is the second time I have had to take my car to Joe Hudson. I am satisfied with the work that they have done on two different occasions. If I need them again in the future, I will definitely go to Joe Hudson.

All of the folks at Joe Hudson are absolute professionals. My repair was completed quickly and I was kept updated on the status of my repair at least twice a week so I was never left to wonder where they were with getting my car fixed. I will definitely be using them again if I never need repairs in the future.

I already posted one review, be aware , check everything, I was told both headlights were new , and Insurance ok’d them, they did not give me new ones. They were the exact same headlights.

My entire experience at Joe Hudson was very satisfying and super easy. Everyone was more than willing to help answer any questions I had, work with my special conditions and made me feel extremely welcome and well taken care of. The process was made simple. I was updated every step of the way via text and calls. Every time I called them I was able to speak to someone directly. They were always pleasant, patient and personable. The finished work was extremely well done. I will continue to come back here if I ever need it and recommend it to anyone I know.
