Service department was hard to find as it was separated from the sales department. Waiting room was average. It took 2 1/2 hours to do a oil change and rotate the tires. I was not offered to have car picked up services.

Great experience with Genesis of Birmingham. Salesman Clarence Feagin very thorough on vehicle history, warranty and capabilities. No pressure and gave me a great deal. Shout out to Chris for his professionalism, and also Q in the finance department who explained paperwork in detail and laymen’s terms.

I’m posting this review due to an invite text I received. When dealing with the service department in person, I have always had a great experience. It is the follow through that I have had a bad experience with. I have to take the day off work to get my car into the service department. They dropped the ball on my first visit and I had to repeat the process to get another diagnosis. I’m very hopeful the follow through this time will be flawless. I will upgrade my review if my issues are taken care of correctly this time.
