I came to Hallmark Collison because USAA worked with this location. I am SO glad I went to Hallmark. Their staff, absolutely everyone, was such a delight. Both Ashleys at the front desk were so knowledgeable and sweet, and fun to have conversations with. Josh handled my claim, and he was also such a joy to work with, and kept me updated the entire time. We will never use another body shop in the Bham area again. Having a car in the shop is stressful, but working with this crew made it 10x easier. Also- they did an amazing job fixing my SUV up, and got it done in a week. Top notch all the way around. Thank you Hallmark Collision!

The staff that I encountered were an absolute joy and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me and I was kept informed the whole process. Eric was truly the best updating me and letting me know anything that came up along the way. Both Ashley’s were amazing and super friendly just great to deal with. They even cleaned my car inside, it was nice to pick up a car cleaner than dropped off. Exceptional service and staff, definitely will recommend to anyone.

Let me tell you how amazing these people are. My car was in the shop during the ransomeware attack on the auto industry parts ordering software (June 2024). Eric Abreau called me regularly to let me know what was going on and genuinely cared about getting me back in my car.
When Enterprise would not answer their phones, the girls up front went out of their way to get in touch with them - they were also very knowledgeable about the insurance process with a company i had never heard of.
I could go on, but just know they’re amazing.

Mark Morrow is the Collision Dept manager. Seamlessly accessed my Lexus GS350 and coordinated settlement with my Insurance Co. The work performed was superb, just like show room quality. Highly recommend them.

I went through insurance. They were professional and took a lot of pictures. They made sure that any thing that appeared to be a result of the issue was documented. It took a while to order parts ( on backorder) but they tried to find other solutions, like preused parts ( also helps price). They did the work in less time then they predicted. And held my car for a week until I was able to get there.
There was an issue with the glue that held the vinal in my car. I took it back and it was immediately fixed. They didn't complain or make excuses. He said the glue failed due to sitting in the heat and he would reapply and reset it. I haven't had issues since.
Would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend.
I had Josh M as the person managing my car. He is definitely good at his job and made me feel like I was in the best hands from the first moment.
Please keep in mind sometimes you do have to wait. They are incredibly busy and the phone rang the entire time I was there, but they work as fast as they can while keeping up their standards
