So great to deal with. Josh was so great to work with along with the new hire Ashley. She is so personable.

Got my car serviced today, made an appointment at 8 am for a diagnostic because my engine light was on. Was told I needed a thermostat replaced and coolant engine flushed. Waited hours for this service , when I was inially told they had all the necessary parts and it shouldn't take long because my car was already back there. Watched 3 to 4 people leave before me that came long after me . I was told that service HAS to be booked and service would be provided based on appointment time not based on service ( whether you need something simple as an oil change or something major) Miraculously after complaining about wait time to an advisor, my car was ready in 20 min( go figure) this will be the first and last time I book any service with this location. I purchased my car brand new back in 2016 and its paid off so I don't have to receive services from this location . I booked this service because in the past it has been pretty decent and the guy who sold me the car was friendly so I decided to continue my services but after today, I will definitely find other places to get my car serviced

This place has gone down hill. Bought my truck from them 4 years ago and have always had my oil changed for free. Schedule it 2 days ago they said they were charging me after I showed up. Then they scratched my truck. I will not be buying from them again!

Service department is the worst. Foremost the service department has terrible communication. Secondly, they diagnosed my car, then told me they weren’t sure if “what they diagnosed” was the main problem. I would not recommend ANYONE to take your car to Jim Burke.

This place is a damn joke I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go here. They are some liars and some crooks free oil change for life of the car is a lie. And if you change your policy why not send the customer out saying that . It’s a shame and they needs to be called out for their wrong doing of their customers.

Not quite sure what to say about the place they fixed on my Jeep like a month ago and I had to return it but from what my husband says this should be the last time I take it there because there was some recall parts that's supposed to be replaced so hopefully they fix the issues and I will have to return again.

I just had the great opportunity to purchase for my daughter to purchase a new car from Jim Burke Subaru. She purchased a 2023 Subaru Forester Touring. Her sales consultant was James. I am 66 years old. I am also very familiar with the retail and wholesale automotive industries. This review is for the purchase of the vehicle and as we take the vehicle in for service, I will report back with another review. Sales Person: James was great. If anyone follows my reviews, I rarely say anything is great. In this case, I am making an exception. James is a combination of great communicator, someone with integrity, a sense of very dry humor, and knowledgeable about the products he sells. Refreshing. I highly recommend him.The Sales Manager: I do not remember his name but as a young professional, he got us into the Financial Services office and out with seamless precision. The Dealership: Small, clean and organized. No rush, easy going and very easy to buy a car at.The Car: I have owned the most expensive and least expensive vehicles available. When I drove the Forester, I wanted one. That is the best thing I can say.The automobile business has a history of dissatisfaction. Things have truly changed. Buying a car is expensive, stressful and detailed. James and Jim Burke made it easy. Bravo

I purchased a 2020 Dodge Journey on Saturday the 17th of last month, I didn't notice that the vehicle didn't have Bluetooth in the vehicle. I never would have thought that a 2020 vehicle would not have that essential part in the vehicle. I noticed it on Sunday when I tried to setup my Bluetooth on my phone. I took the car back on Monday, and told the salesman I didn't want the car. He went to his Manager, and the Manager told me I was not giving them a chance to fix the problem.I knew I had to get the vehicle back to them because I had 3 days buyer's remorse to return the vehicle, Wednesday would be the last day. But it was a holiday so I said okay I will give you a chance to fix the problem. The next day I called several times because I hadn't heard from them. I finally got the salesman and he said he had just gotten in from picking up the vehicle. Because it was late when I talked to him, I told him I would be there by 6:30, they didn't close until 7:00.When I got there, they had installed a device I could have gotten from Dollar General for $10.00.I was very upset and I told the salesman I was done, I wanted to cancel the sale and to give me back my $2,500.00 down payment, and the check that the bank had given me to pay for the vehicle.A Manager I had not talked to said Jim Burke Buick does not honor the 3 days buyer's remorse, and I could not leave the vehicle on their lot, he also told me he was putting the keys in the vehicle, and if anything happens it was on me.I talked with the bank, and was advised to contact the General Manager. I was told that you could not talk to the General Manager, you had to email him, which I did.I have never heard from him.In my job I have to have a van or SUV.I'm self employed so I had to go and get the vehicle.I will never buy a vehicle from Jim Burke Buick nor will I recommend them to anyone. While I was holding for the email address for the General Manager, I was listening to their advertisement, and it clearly stated that they have a 5 day return policy.yes, I have spoken with an attorney.

Everything was great. Maybe good to let first timers know the process of driving up to service bay and wait in line for Hyundai and Genesis.

Brought my wife's 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the brakes checked due to a dashboard warning light. Made the appointment for 8am on Monday. They didn't diagnose the car until Tuesday afternoon. Called me to say the master cylinder needed replacing, but they didn't have one in stock. Took 4 days for the part to arrive, then another day to replace it. FInally got the car back that following Tuesday. Brakes seem seemed to work fine driving around in town. 3 days later was Friday of Memorial Day weekend and we planned to drive to Gulf Shores (300 miles away). I forgot to ask Jim Burke to change the oil while they had it, so I took it to the local Express Oil Change I always go to. They popped the hood and discovered that the cap for the brake fluid reservoir was loose and just sitting next to the master cylinder on the engine block. To say I was livid was an understatement. If I hadn't taken it to get the oil changed that morning, I was about to drive 300 miles with an open brake fluid reservoir. No telling the catastrophe that could have awaited. Thankfully the Express Oil Change folks spotted it and let me know. After some choice curse words and repacking we took our other car to the beach. I took the Grand Cherokee back to Jim Burke when we got back and had them inspect everything to make sure no air had gotten into the brake lines while we had been driving around in town for 2 days with the cap off. They were cordial about it and didn't charge me for the inspection, but this was our first time visiting their service department, and you can bet this will be our last. Human error happens all the time and I can't fault people for their mistakes if done without malice, but I shudder to think what might have happened 200 miles down the road and the brakes suddenly going out. Just hitting a speed bump could have sent brake fluid flying all over the engine. Very disappointed in the experience, would not recommend.Service: Brakes

They changed their free oil change policy. I have always had them do the required maintenance and received free oil changes. This time I was told I would have pay to have my tires rotated to get the free oil change. I bought my tires at Costco and they just rotated my tires. Also, the report generated when you drive in said I didn't need a tire rotation. I'll NEVER go back.

I went to the Hyundai service department to ask a question. I was ignored by 3 employees. One of the service techs walked right past me. I was so frustrated. I have bought 2 cars from Jim Burke. The Nissan service department is superb. This Hyundai Service Department is just ridiculous.

They are crooks and just want your money in the service department my husband purchased our truck last year in July and we was told they would do free oil change for life ok haven't had any issues we took it when when it was due which was every 3 months up until today My husband tried all last month to make a appointment and finally got 1 for today which he had to leave work which was half of a day to make this appointment well only to get there and they say he has to pay because we need our tires rotated and a filter mind you since having my truck we neverrrrr paid for a oil change nor was told if other service's was needed they would not do the free oil change so I call to speak with a supervisor and was informed that management decided back in November to make those changes however its unprofessional for you not to inform your customers when you make changes like this no letter posted or anything not to mention nor is it said when making a appointment that if the mechanic finds anything else needed you may have to pay for oil change to kind of give customers a heads up seems to me you guys just want to milk people out they money you all are also FALSE ADVERTISING because when we purchased the truck it was said free oil change nothing else so I guess I'll go somewhere more professional cause your service department is unprofessional and lack communication

Had my van serviced there a couple weeks ago. Was told they would use the part I bought. I left the part in my dash so they could find it. Dropped it off, got it back a couple days later. Was cleaning out my car this weekend and found the part hidden in a bag of tools and stuff I had in the back of my van. No one informed me they didn’t or couldn’t use the part provided and they went so far as to hide it in a bag of my personal belongings in a part of the van they shouldn’t have even been in. Huge lack of transparency and dishonesty.
