“I must say it’s not every day I come into my local cell phone store and feel the need to share my experience with others. However, the team here at Brookwood Village left me no choice. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted with warm smiles from each team member! I was then approached by a gentleman by the name of ERIC (Store manager) who willingly jumped at the first opportunity to assist me. Although there were a few people in line behind me who were definitely there to make a purchase, not once did I feel rushed or Chastised to buy anything due to them chasing a commission!? ?
