The Good: Cheaper than the Uhaul across the street.The Bad: Not climate controlled; many of my household items, clothes, and other fabrics were discolored, molded, and ruined from the extreme humidity and temperatures. So protect your things.Experience; The groundskeeper Phillip, told me to clean the unit to avoid a cleaning charge. I cleaned it and took photos of it. A week later, he still charged a cleaning fee.In conclusion, cheaper comes at its own hidden cost. That cost can be detrimentally high. You've been warned.

Fast service was in and out under an hour to sign my contract seen my unit and it was cleaned out got my gate code and am able to start moving my stuff in tomorrow.

I’ve had a unit there over 4 years—never a problem until Friday, September 9/17/2021. My unit was mistakenly being cleaned out. Firstly, I was told it was broken into. Then, a miscommunication between workers/management occurred and some of my belongings were taken out. I even have pictures they sent me showing before they took the items. After they found out the police were called,..my items magically appeared. Some are still missing and I was told to make a claim with my insurance. This is not an insurance issue because it was employees that took it.M++++Andrea has been very cooperative and has rectified my concerns. Thanks for your help

I tried calling this place several times to get a unit and got no answer. So I went to the uhaul store up the road, while I was there a lady walked in and started yelling at the manager for the uhaul store, she then proceeded to drive through uhauls gate and inform me and the other customers that she can do whatever she wants. I was then informed by the other customers at uhaul that the lady causing a huge seen was the manager of Industrial Park Mini Storage. I believe they said her name was Andrea .She apparently came to uhaul to snoop around. Very unprofessional employees at this place. Will continue to use Uhal right across the road after seeing this today.

Scott is great to work with. 24 hour access. Multiple size units to choose from. Been there 1.5 months and no issues. Referral program if someone signs up upon your recommendation. Convenient location to Fultondale, not too far out of the city but low traffic area, so no issues going in and out.

Terrible.No one is there, I couldn't get a key, I kept being put on hold with no resolution, and I am now awaiting a refund from U-Haul.
