My father’s car wouldn’t start while out of town. We quickly found a local towing company which did not disappoint! Hurst Towing arrived promptly and took care of everything! Thanks to their services, my dad’s vehicle was back up and running in no time!

Highly recommend Hurst Towing! Being in the trucking industry, I had a customer broke down in Meridian MS. Made ONE PHONE CALL to Amanda at Hurst and got everything set up with her within a matter of minutes. She was VERY professional and patient and executed everything we needed her to. Great job Hurst Team and Amanda, thanks so much for everything!

The gentleman that arrived to tow my daughters car was so kind and respectful. He checked the car before towing and was able to get it started for her and even followed us to the service department to make sure she arrived safely. So thankful we have a business like Hurst close by.

I just had really great service from Hurst. A brake caliper came loose on my wheel and was making a thumping noise. They towed me within an hour to a local repair shop who is doing the work. I believe the tow driver was named Merrit. Happened just north of Birmingham.

These are a great group of guys! I had tow tow a tractor and trailer to Birmingham to get repaired and I had to find a spot to drop the trailer off while the truck got repaired all the truck stops was full and I called them and they had a spot for the trailer they went above and beyond to help me when I got there very friendly and professional group of people!!!!

Top notch guysMy truck broke down in Gardendale. Happened to see a Hurst truck sitting nearby so I walked over. I asked if he was busy. Chris said he was indeed on a job but he'd be glad to get me some help. He called it in for me and another truck showed up in about 10 mins. Barrett arrived and helped get the truck home. Both fellas were very polite but also seemed genuinely interested in helping me out. Asked what was wrong, what I'd tried, offered suggestions, etc. Made it feel like they weren't just there to make a buck ya know? Will definitely call and ask for either of them if I ever have to.Service: Car towing
