If you are in the market for a car or truck, this is your dream dealership! I went to look at a truck for my husband as I was driving through Birmingham on the way home from a trip. I have never felt comfortable at car dealerships because it is usually not a fun experience. I have walked out of many dealerships with a bad taste in my mouth due to incompetent or rude salespeople.
The experience we had at Dobbs Ford Birmingham was completely different. I called in advance to make sure they were still open. When I got to the dealership, the truck was waiting in front for me to look at. Every person working that night was friendly, energetic, and (best of all) not pushy. I had numbers from most of them when I left and was pleasantly surprised when I texted the owner the next day and immediately received a response.
We drove down yesterday to take a test drive, made an amazing deal and made friends that felt like family by the time we left. A bit over 48 hours after I initially looked at the truck (they all stayed late to take care of us) we were proud new owners driving back to Huntsville. If you are in the market for a vehicle, run, don’t walk, to Dobbs Ford in Birmingham…you won’t regret it. Love our new F250 and all of our new Arkansas/ Birmingham friends!!

Amazing experience. After having a horrible experience at Town and Country Ford, I reached out to the sales manager. He bent over backwards to make the numbers fit my budget knowing my transmission just went out in my trade, forcing me into the car market. Once we settled on numbers, my salesman, Bryan , was so fast. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. Incredibly fast for a car buying experience. What impressed me is the manager, owner and, finance manager all made sure my experience was going well. It’s hard to find good people in the car business but I found a bunch of them at Hull Dobbs. Do not waste your time anywhere else.

“J” the service rep was absolutely amazing! He greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake! Very knowledgeable and personable, he knew who I was when I got out of my vehicle, which shows me he reviews his workload before his customers arrived. This type of customer service is “A1”!
