My husband and I stayed here after our reservations at another hotel were canceled. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience during our stay. We were greeted by Erice and Tracy upon arrival. They were both helpful and willing to accommodate any requests we had. We will definitely book this hotel for our next stay in Birmingham.

Room was fine, parking was horrible. Was told I had to pay $25 to park in a sketchy parking garage across the street and then carry my 2 sleeping children across it at night. Was not offered the parking behind the building, had to leave at 5am for my son's surgery and had to pay for parking again when we got back. Got back from surgery in time for breakfast for it to be really nasty powdered eggs with too much water, soggy hashbrowns, borderline rotten apples and 2 yogurts. The service at check in was weirdly rude. The employee at the desk was personable and friendly to the couple checking in in front of me but then didn't really go over anything for me and seemed annoyed when I asked questions.

I had to book here last minute after being cancelled the day of my reservation by Hampton by Hilton Hoover-Galleria. Let me just say, I'm glad they cancelled me because my stay here was well exceptional! I cannot remember the young lady who helped me when I arrived that night but she was wonderful. She had several guests in the lobby, phones ringing, and she handled everything efficiently and professionally. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The location is great because there are several places within walking distance. Even though there are bars and restaurants nearby, it wasn't noisy. The beds were comfortable. The only downside to the hotel was the breakfast; it didn't have much taste but I don't expect much from hotel breakfast. I would definitely stay again!

Rooms: Our kitchenette was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The walk-in shower was great and clean. However, we could have used another chair or two.Safety: Loved the elevator/security key.Food & drinks: Nice hot breakfast with a good variety of choices.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Birmingham! I wasn't thrilled having to pay $25 to park across the street in a public garage for the night, but it is what it is. My room was spacious and clean. I would stay again if I was back in the area.

The staff here are very nice and helpful l. My only qualms is the location of this hotel. The parking lot is weird and in the back. And the food choice near by it are less then to be desired.

Decent hotel for business travel. Seems pretty clean but could use some work.Rooms: My room was missing about ½ of the dishes & the knife was so dull it was useless. That made cooking a little tricky. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose (sconces, towel rack, showerhead). The bed is comfortable & the pillows are quite nice.Nearby activities: There are quite a few decent restaurants & bars within walking distance & there is plenty to see within a couple mile radius.Walkability: Plenty to do within walking distance if you don't mind the hills.Food & drinks: Continental free breakfast is average. The eggs are not great & the hashbrowns are soggy. I took it all back to my room to finish cooking in the frying pan. The Wednesday night social was nice. Free beer & and cocktails, although the bartender had no idea what she was doing.

Listen! This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff is superb as well! Katelyn set the tone before my family and I checked in. She is amazing! Reginald was an absolute pleasure! He is full of kindness and has such a wonderful personality. Dianne was helpful too! Tracey at checkout just topped the cake! I will certainly stay here anytime I need accommodations in Birmingham! Hands down, they are one of the best! Also, the rooms were clean, the lobby is gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing! And there are several restaurants in the area that are within walking distance. It's a easy 5 ?s for me!D. Mitchell

First time staying here, and I must say that it was an EXCELLENT experience from check-in to check-out! Every single employee we spoke with was kind, respectful, and very friendly! And Ayanna (front desk) was Top Notch.. very knowledgeable, ready to offer assistance, and oh SO sweet! The room was exceptional, the amenities were fabulous, and the location was great! This is definitely a hotel with high standards and it shows !

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff at the reception. They were not just helpful but went above and beyond to assist me. I encountered difficulties with the car rental company and had to wait for the roadside assistance for 2-3hours, which unfortunately never arrived. However, the hotel staff took incredible care of me, providing assistance and, in the end, even managing to get the car running again.This was more than just a service; it was a beautiful human experience. I am truly grateful for the care and support I received. Despite the challenging situation, the hotel staff turned it into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you so much; I will never forget this gesture of kindness!The hotel was everything I expected – a nice, spacious room, convenient hotel parking, and a comfortable bed - the suite provided everything necessary for a restful night.

Sorry for the late review I stayed at this location for about a week. I had an appointment at uab so this was extremely convenient for me after my surgeryThe front desk receptionist Ms. Sade was extremely helpful while I stayed at the location she made my wife and I feel like we was at home she went out her to make us feel comfortable. My wife and I hope to see her smiling face again when We revisit The location.Rooms: The rooms were extremely clean. I love the fact of having a Kitchen which prevented my wife and I from having to order takeout

We stayed during the holidays, and it was great! Clean, comfortable, spacious room. The lobby was beautifully decorated. Staff were helpful and kind. Great location. We’ll be back on our next visit!
