Do not buy a vehicle from her unless you want to be frustrated throughout the whole process, and possible have your life put in DANGER. I bought a 2011 Ford Flex for me and my 4 children who were 15, 14, 14 and 7 at the time.My salesman at Holmes was Ivory. Don't trust him or the store manager. Typical car salesmen.I leased a vehicle here in 2021. About a week later I was driving and noticed a shaking on the driver's side, and it seemed to be coming from under feet. I took it to my mechanic and he said, " SOMEBODY TRYNA KI LL YOU."He jacked the driver's side up and showed me that the wheel and the control arm weren't even bolted down to the main body of the car. It was just hovering over the empty space/hole where the bolt was supposed to connect and hold the 2 parts together. My mechanic didn't have the correct bolt, but put a long bolt in to hold it temporarily and told me to take it back to where I got it from and they should fix it. I took it back to Holmes and they said I had to pay their mechanics for the work even though they put me in a dangerous car. I left and decided to go pay someone else to fix it because having to pay them to do it didn't seem right to me.When I got the control arm REPLACED-not only was it missing a bolt- it was UNSAFE to driveon. I also got an alignmentment. Every alignment or undercarriage work I've had, they had to use a blow torch because EVERYTHING IS SEVERELY RUSTED UNDERNEATH meaning the car was either in a flood/water damaged or from up North. They couldnt turn the bolts or anything normally even with a machine unless thwy used a blowtorch on it. My tires get wore down fast in the same areas and my alignments don't seem to last.I paid this vehicle off a month ago and that day the store manager told me he didn't have time to print out my paperwork and sign for my title. I have been back to this place 3x trying to get my paperwork done and each time he puts me off. I'm here today , and he is a rude, discourteous a-hole.Women if you come in here bring a mechanic or a man who has knowledge of automobiles and carsalesmen, because they will take you down through there. ,

Ha I’m Iesha and my experience was the best the process didn’t take to long Mr Thoe was the best and James was also wonderful and so was the rest of the guys all I say don’t believe the reviews go check it out for your self friendly atmosphere I could not complain I love my 2020 explore ?????And that THOE is a big Teddy Bear But that’s our lil Secret????Go check them out be bless you guys??????

I wouldn’t recommend getting a car from them AT ALL . Very unprofessional they prey on anybody . Barely can get your car serviced and when you eventually get it serviced it takes over 2 weeks and they don’t give you a car to drive in the mean time plus you still have to pay your car note ! I switched insurances and they turned my car off without even letting me know ! I thought I needed a jump off but they had switched it off . No email no phone call no nothing ! I went up there to ask about paying off my car note because on the phone they gave me 3 different totals so I went in person . Theodore BLACK JR! The most rudest person I ever met . I’m asking him questions he looking at me stupid I just needed more information. The whole leasing agreement is just as ridiculous! I paid 15k for a ford fiesta then they wanted an extra 2k for the buyout fee plus an extra 18$ for the title fee! This place is a complete scam you will never own your car no matter how much money you invested in it . All they going to do is clean the car back out and re sale it for the same price ! Don’t go there!!!

Just got my car today, and I love it, I’m very happy with my purchase. I came in and Barry had all of my paperwork together and everything was a smooth process. The finance department, Mr. Theodore to be exact worked with me and my income and helped me get into the car that I picked out. Thank you so much for guiding me threw would could have been a stressful process but it was not!

Everything that looks good is not good. They are a company that gets over on people and will just sell you a car to get the money take a mechanic with you before you purchase a car from this dealership. THE CARS THERE ARE RIGGED THEY ARE NOT REALLY LEGIT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEODORE!!!! He acts like a woman and his attitude is horrible he doesn't care about his customers he is there for a PAYCHECK ONLY!!! I would never buy a car from this dealership again. I'm not upset just a lesson learned.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer and it broke down within 45 minutes. I was able to get into another vehicle but I had to pick it up and it was an hour and a half away. The new vehicle was missing a door handle and the brakes are scrubbing like crazy. So now in addition to putting a down payment on this vehicle, I have to immediately get it repaired. 0 out of 10… do not recommend.

I heard about them at a time when I desperately needed a Car. I thought it was ideal on how they work with people. I didn't have to pay $500 or $600 a month and Pay all my other bills stressed out. I went there and spoke to an representative, for me low payments that are affordable and all you have to do is make your payments and keep your Insurance coverage up to date. Wow. After 3 years and 7 months I finally own my Van. For me it was cheaper bi monthly payments and keeping up with Insurance that you should have anyway driving. Thanks Holmes Auto Motors.
