Our mini fridge made noise very frequently. I had to adjust the feet on it and wedge a towel under it to make it stop. Thankfully, we weren't in the room much. Shower was spectacular!

2 false alarms in 5 hours in the rain, and the staff was not helpful at all. Jr Suite was very outdated and not cleaned well at all for the price at all. Stayed 2 nights had 2 rooms very bad stay. Would not recommend at all.Rooms: Not worthy of price air filter full of dirt. Most lights didn't work.

For a mediocre room and $280 a night you would think breakfast would be included with your stay. It is not and you’ll have to pay $10 a person. The lady at the front desk was not helpful and rude like we were disturbing her asking her a question.

We had such a great stay here! Everyone was so friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the servers at the restaurant. The food is great, and those omelets are the best.The room we had was a King Suite with living room, and it had 1 1/2 baths. The bathroom in the bedroom is private. There was so much space! And it was clean.Even the guest laundry room was clean, and the price was cheaper than most hotel guest laundry areas.Rooms: There are limited King suites with living room (3 at the time of our stay). Even if you are not going to entertain guests, the separate living room is just awesome to have. The sofa becomes a bed, so it's perfect for a family. There are doors that close off the bedroom and full bath from the living room. It becomes private and you won't hear the television in the living room.

Rooms were clean. Booked the hotel for the simple fact it has an indoor pool for my kid’s birthday. Pool was cold, dirty & the hot tub was broken.

We stayed several days as part of an area wedding party.Overall, given they are doing some updating, the place was clean and welcoming. The front has what looks like a chocolate fountain in the lobby, which I'm sure will be a very nice fireplace or something when done. Not really in the way, but just be courteous when passing other guests going by. Also, their pool is closed for construction at this time, as well. Looks nice for when it reopens!Rooms are nice and clean, and fairly up to date. A refreshing place to relax or just sit to talk when not sleeping. Beds were comfortable, and our room (apparently not all) had pumps for soap, shampoo, etc... which is nice for both the environment and easy access in the shower.The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Their system had a glitch when we checked in (not good), but one the staff offered to take us to our rooms, and run up the keys once the system rebooted, instead of making us stand there and wait. Every time we came in, we were welcomed back warmly, sometimes by name if it was one of our regular contacts!They have a restaurant for meals. We used them for breakfast, a basic version of which came with our wedding package, and it was decent. Not great (runny eggs) and very limited menu if you don't do eggs. We had a couple different servers, both friendly in their own way - though quite different. One was welcoming outright, the other was fun, but you had to work to crack her open. Being the subdued northern farm folk, we didn't crack the second one open for a couple visits, then she opened up and was fun. Both did well in serving!Overall, a nice hotel at a decent price. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good value.

Short staff….pool ice cold, no hot tub which was misleading considering this was our primary reason for selecting this location. Major construction inside hotel with gas smell at entrance. Little to no WiFi signal throughout hotel so I was unable to work with hotel’s internet. Television cable signal spotty on most channels. We were unable to enjoy our stay. We know Hilton won’t read these nor try to make it right so at least we can help someone.

After a long day of travel I just wanted to call down and order some food - pick it up and eat in my room while catching up on the day. Apparently that is not allowed at this hotel? No menus - even when I called the front desk they said I had to come down. I did come down - cancelled my next two nights stays and an eating Ramen. Not tomorrow!
