This will be my second review for high point apartments so now I’m experiencing water leakage in my wash room I have contacted the office several times nothing has been done the person I spoke with said they would have to contact a contractor but no contractor has been to my unit I have seen ants in my shower as well they sent APS but ants are still present.. when it’s rains water just pouring out the dryer lent part and I’m just sick of the office taking they time fixing the issue I’m having I have photos !!!one/thousand 85 $ I spend for rent not even worth this headache poor maintenance , etc it’s been since July 28,2024 picture date !!!! I have only moved into this complex recently, but the kindness the team has offered and their fast action to our concerns is very welcoming. No apartment is perfect, and we are aware of any problems with the unit isn’t their doing, yet they still have quickly took record of any concerns and have been working to make our home comfortable for us.
If there is anything that has made my experience here stand out, it’s Darlene! She’s the sweetest employee and has really provided us assistance and guidance along the way. She’s very knowledgeable and offers great guidance. So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at highpointe, I will provide a more thorough review once my time here is up, but I would recommend this complex if you are needing a place to live, simple because of the amazing staff!

The tour was absolutely wonderful. Our tour guide Ms. Keyon was a great help and well spoken. She thoroughly explained what it’s like living at the High Point for a 2 bedroom & we’re looking forward to moving in next week!

I moved from out of state with only seeing reviews and the outside of the unit but the floor plan layout online sold me and the signing process was very smooth. Lanika helped me all the way through and was very professional. I have recommended 2 friends to the community as well! No complex is perfect and sometimes you may run into simple issues. But any issue that I have had the staff and management has taken care of it right away! Also the location is very convenient 10-15 mins away from everything I needed.

Do not live here the fat rent office lady is lazy and nasty ? her front look like her back and her back look like her front and the apartments are nasty ? with nets and roaches The dumpster area, stay dirty, fool, and nasty ?
It Is leaks, mildew and mold in the apartments Please do not live here you will do better in the project.

A year ago I was in desperate need of a home for me and my kids it was ok the first year but after that the Apts when down we had no maintenance no rent office staff it was ridiculous so I moved now they claiming I owe them when their was no one n the rent office to pay my rent too

I had the unfortunate experience of living in this apartment. The maintenance was nonexistent, and the overall quality doesn't justify the rent; the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors' every move. Avoid at all costs!!!! This apartment falls short in many aspects. Consider other options before settling for this place."
